Apex hotel app
The only major problem is that mine is not showing my booking. Booked at an inside rate. Central reservations confirm that the booking exists.

This app doesn’t work! What is the point of this app, it just keeps asking you to log in and sign up for membership which I already have! Please sort it out

…but utterly pointless app. It has no functional purpose beyond advertising the Apex hotel chain.

March 2024 birthday weekend
Simply the best hotel in London that I’ve stayed in . It’s central , secluded, good food , perfect room size and comfy bed. Five stars !
Quiet location, comfortable and clean
We had a wonderful two night stay here. The location is brilliant and close to Tower Hill Station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

From entering to leaving loved every minute. Cheerful happy and attentive staff and comfortable room in great location with good views. Now my go to for future visits to Dundee

Terrible App
Probably the worst hotel app I’ve tried to use. Doesn’t show membership (“Insider”) information; can’t logout after logging in as member. No link for existing bookings/reservation numbers after logging in.. etc. Hopeless.
Wedding Anniversary weekend
Had a great weekend at the Apex Dundee. Our bedroom was spotless & very comfortable looking over the Quay. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Brilliant breakfasts. Will definitely be back soon.

Thank you to Gill and Laura at Apex Temple Court for rescuing me. Planned rail strikes turned into an all out closure of all trains, meaning I had to stay over in London. They not only found me a room at very short notice - they went above and beyond to really try and turn my day around by extending me some kindness, decency and good old fashioned hospitality.
The room is lovely, the breakfast is tasty, the location is prime for getting around and every one of the team really seem to care about creating great experiences for their customers. Nice to see hospitality bouncing back strong.
