I love Arby’s.
The app is easy to use and the food is really good.
Gyro
Ordered a turkey bacon and ranch sandwich & Greek Gyro & got home the bread on the gyro was so hard my husband couldn’t hardly eat it we order food here all the time & usually it is really good but not last night

DoorDash delivery
Never again will I order anything and DoorDash is the deliverer, they leave food on the ground and think it’s ok. July 2, 2026, DoorDash driver left my food on the ground and I didn’t know it was on the ground until I received notice after he/she left. When I complained to DoorDash, Cris promised a refund within 24 hours. Upon checking status on July 6, Ben and Michelle said refund was still processing; Elaine told me I would only get a partial refund; then on today, I was told a special team denied y refund but refused to give a reason other than certain circumstances were not met. What circumstances do I have to provide to let them know I’m human and don’t eat food off the ground?

App support
App is decent but there’s no way to contact support about an app problem. Plenty of other options but none for that category.
Notifications won’t clear
No matter how many times I have closed and reopened the app, clicked on the “deals” tab - and even opened each one… I CANNOT get the red notification bubble to clear!! SO frustrating. I have gone through all the account settings and anything else I could find or think of. I have updated the app, I’ve signed out, tried it all and I JUST want the bubble to go away!

Unable to redeem a reward
I wanted to redeem the “But a cheesesteak, get a free medium side” reward in the app, but the app insisted on trying to charge full price for the supposedly free side at checkout, even though it said “reward redeemed.” The app is trying to rip me off.

they want 25 dollars for 20% off they need to bring better deals and better prices
No gift card usage
Why doesn’t the app allow you to pay with a gift card? Only app I know that doesn’t
Promotions always have fine print
The promotions on the app are always so annoying. I go to pay with the promo and it never works because you can never use the deals with certain sandwiches or at certain times of the day or whatever. The cashier never knows why it doesn’t work and then the manager always finds the fine print. It’s annoying, and I’m tired of Arby’s bait and switch tactics. Maybe I’m just unlucky but the fine print has gotten me like 4 times.

App updated this morning 06/12/26 and now there’s a big #1 in a red circle in the upper right corner of the app thumbnail.

App Only Orders
This app isn’t for those patrons who like to order at the counter (or like other fast food restaurants at a kiosk) for dine in. You have to order ahead for in store pickup or drive thru. Don’t bother downloading otherwise.

why do you have a 2 factor log in with no rewards system can use apple login even tho thats how I created the account wants me to enter the email I do and nothing happens I feel you make it difficult just keep us from getting the deals but just go ahead and still eat there

Gave me a coupon. Gave me the coupon total on checkout. Charged me full price and deleted the coupon like it never existed. Worst app ever. Never eating here again. Employees were useless

The app will scam you out of an extra $.50 when purchasing a French dip and Swiss.
Please add Apple Pay compatibility
The app is amazing it just needs Apple Pay to be a payment option also please add the option for no ice on drinks
