Unsuccessful update

Since the last update four days ago, I cannot log in to the Argos app. When I try FaceTime ID I get a message stating, “Something went wrong, try again”, and when you try to type the pass code it is not possible as the screen seems frozen. Please help. I have an iPhone 15 pro with the most up to date IOS

Impossible to find anything

I can’t even raise a dispute because when I click the transaction it takes me to their useless help page. I swear companies are seeing how much they can stress out customers these days.

Update broke Face ID

Face ID no longer works. PIN required every time now. Lousy design.
