New update
The new update causes me to lose messages I can't see any messages from people especially on the Marketplace place.

Not bad but needs fine tuning
It’s an ok app and is easier than emailing my management company however there are a few bugs. Tapping notifications doesn’t always result in the app being opened up in the expected place.
Community chat text entry box is covered by the keyboard so you can’t see what you’re writing.
Why is community chat buried in menu page? At least let me adjust which parts of the app are pinned to the bottom navigation bar.

Outstanding App and management response
Make it work properly!
A great app if it worked properly. There are bugs and problems at every turn in this app. The most annoying one is when uploading a report in the conversation section. When typing a message and uploading media, the app regularly crashes. This means I have to retype out the report section, because it looses the uploaded image and data, and you have to start a fresh. This means most of my conversations with the property management agency does not have images attached, which is highly frustrating and have to resort to emailing them separately to a mail box. Which defeats the point of having an app for estate management. The FixFlo extension in the app is also just as bad when trying to report issues.

Basically a trash app. A six year old could make a more successful and intuitive UI.
Excellent When Working
App is perfect for its job but twice in the last few months it has stopped working. The application will not load and you either have to repeat overly delete and re-download or just wait a week. Very annoying when I have to ask someone else to download the app for me so I can use it. Fix this please.

The app is not stable and crushed today. Fortunately I reinstalled it and it works.

Keeps crashing
Awful app. Keeps crashing, sometimes doesn’t open past the Home Screen, having to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall.

Really good app…could be a bit faster. But aside from that it does all that is needed
