This app helps U.S. Army Soldiers quickly calculate their Physical Fitness Test (APFT) and Body Composition Assessment (BCA) scores. It allows you to log your test results, track your progress with graphs, and back up your score history to the cloud.
Key features include the ability to record score metrics and test dates, visualize progress with graphs, back up your score history in the cloud, and full support for alternate cardio events. You can also email or share your scores.
The app is free to download and use, but it offers in-app purchases. Specific details about what is included in the in-app purchases are not provided in the description.
The description does not specify device compatibility. However, it is designed for U.S. Army Soldiers and is current with the latest version of FM 7-22, suggesting it is intended for mobile use.
Common use cases include calculating APFT scores for push-ups, sit-ups, and the 2-mile run, as well as calculating BCA scores based on weight or measurements. Soldiers can use it to monitor their fitness progress for promotions, school attendance, and reenlistment.
