Location services
The location services don’t work. It can’t ever find me, and I can’t log in. I have to actually take the extra step of opening my maps first, let it find me, then I am able to log into the app.
Can’t clock out
This is the worst app to use for work !!! I DoNot recommen it at ALL!!!

This app is a terrible app
Every time I leave my clients house it will not let me clock out. I have two literally delete the app and start the app over two are sometimes three or four times just to be able to clock out the pictures that they show above does not look like the app is on my phone. I don’t know why my job site or any other job site will use this app is very very unprofessional.

Works, but glitchy
Overall the app is fair . Every once in awhile it decides to flip upside down on my phone, or the start visit button shows a red x, or i’ll clock in/ out and the app somehow doesn’t catch it. It’s better then some similar apps, but definitely needs improvements. I just wish the developer actually fixes it when you report issues.

Extremely Helpful
I use this app to work for my mother-in-law and it has been such a relief! The company I work for, Emerest Health of Missouri, had me download Ascend EVV so i can help care for her in her tome of need. it helps me log my hours as needed, and shows me if I've made an error. I use this app every day and it saves so much hassle.

Now it’s upside down??
Seriously. I click on the app and as soon as it opens, it’s flips my whole phone orientation upside down. Also, the visit button on the home page doesn’t work.
