Can’t get rid of a notification
The app works fine for booking taxis, but there’s an annoying notification I can’t get rid of. It’s a small thing, but it really triggers my OCD. Would appreciate a fix in a future update.
Great app for local taxis.
App is really easy to use and allows you to save your home address. Allows payment via Apple Pay and give updates on booking and driver arrival. Please update the app do the permanent “1” app badge clears.
Fast + Cheaper than Uber pre booking
Taxis turn up on time and always cheaper than uber when pre booking. Recommend.

Easy to use - but far more expensive than the meter
The App is easy to use, but it is £££ more expensive than the same journey measured on the meter. For that reason I will continue to call and book.
@Associated you need to make the fixed fairs on the App more reflective of Metered journey costs. I save a huge amount of money booking by phone and paying the measured fare.

Notifications used to advertise
I installed this and it worked well enough. I even enabled notifications for the purpose of notifying me when my taxi arrived. Sadly the developers have been unable to help themselves and used that permission to advertise to me. Not acceptable. Keep to the core functionality.
App does not allow bookings
Keyed everything in, time, destination and added credit card. Tried to book, and app asks you to confirm the CRC number. Fine.
But the on screen keyboard covers the “Okay” button making it impossible to complete the booking! And no option to close the keyboard. Useless app.

Very Disappointed ! HORRIBLE DRIVER
I was regularly Custumer for associated taxis, from today I cancel definetely this company I don’t book anymore taxi with them. Very bad Horrible driver was to me is PlAG NUMBER CAR IS: KYI6AVM. Becarful if you got this driver! Not safe person VERY RUD, HORRIBLE NOT HAVE SKILLS FOR DRIVING, ITS NOT SAVE. IS WAS SHAUTY SCREAMING TO ME.this not acceptable!

Great for reserving taxis
So far so good - easy to use, let’s me save my house address, booking is quick followed by a prompt arrival of the taxi the only thing I would say is I can’t seem to use my apple but accepts my card in wallet and not had any issues
Difficult to input addresses
Awful app for inputting addresses. I called to book instead.
Excellent Service
The app allows me to book my daughters taxis back from school and pay so she doesn’t need to carry cash, best of all I can track the Taxi in my app so i know she is home safe! Great service always on time for pick ups
Impossible to set home location
The app is fairly good in general, except it guesses your home location wrongly (even though home is correctly set) and getting it plus the destination right always takes about ten attempts. Could do better.
