Easy to access and navigate!
Not user friendly for auto payment
I have set up auto pay for a loan I have and it never operates correctly. It pulls 2 payments at once. It’s extemely hard to find the area to cancel or make changes. I’ve had to call 3 times and even the employees aren’t able to assist with the site very well. Very frustrating!! It should be an easy toggle to set up and remove. Pllllease fix this!!!

Yet, unlike most others, I’m 74 years old.
This is one of the easiest to use, understand, fast and functional apps that I have ever used.

Slow and not as customizable as I’d like
This app takes a while to load all of my account information. It’s also not as customizable as I would like - I preferred the older one which may not have been as pretty, but didn’t take as long to load each time.
