Guys, yall need some fiber and data upgrades. Transactions take forever with yall. Need bug fixes on Venmo link verification (doesn’t send transactions to my account to verify link)

Doesn’t always load up fully . The transfer do execute after midnight and if you do it more than once to confirm transfer . It repeats transfer twice .

Used to work great
Can’t deposit through the app. Lots of scheduled maintenance for little to no improvement. Used to be awesome! I continue to try to use the deposit function and it continues to be unavailable:/
Wonderful banking experience
I love banking with us in Telaco. I never have any problems with communicating with them and it’s easy to access a live person not just an automated teller !!!!!

I love the new AP! It goes a little slow sometimes. But otherwise it’s easy to review.
New App Layout
They recently updated their app format which is 10x better than the previous one! Much more user friendly and doesn’t lag as much. Clearer display and larger texts make finding what you’re looking for much easier!!

The previous app was superior. Worked like a charm so they fixed it. With this junk.
Stopped using this junk and worked only with the website (which, unfortunately, worked just like this awful app).
I would have changed banks but it is crazy difficult to transfer SSA deposits these days.
Throughout the last week, the website filled my screen with an exhaustive announcement of a super-duper new look starting today.

It's a new look, for sure, but why???? There is NO WAY TO LOGIN!
There is absolutely no way to access one's personal bank accounts anymore. NO WAY!
Guy on the phone calls it a new "logo" but the entire page (website?) is different and 100% useless. When will this design stupidity be fixed? Nobody knows.
Meanwhile, I was directed to come back to this awful app because they haven't trashed it yet.
