Waste of time and money
Ordered 5 specific things after 20 minutes after ordering I got a text saying it was cancelled. I tried to contact customer service to find out why it was cancelled and got no answer at 11am on a Friday.
Order Cancelled
I am stuck at work and wanted to order water and ginger ale to be delivered to my kids. My order was cancelled.
Waste of time
It’s a hassle to place your order because of the app crashing all the time. And once you finally get the order through, they go ahead and cancel it. Total waste of time!

There is no icon anywhere on my phone anymore. But when I search Atlantis in the App Store, it says “open” and it opens as if it is still on my phone… please advise

I’d give this app 0 stars if I could. After 2 hours of waiting for an order that said it would take 20-30 mins, I finally received my order and every single item was wrong or missing. I have several friends who have tried this app too and had the same exact problem. I tried to contact customer service about half a dozen times, at different times of the day, and never heard back. Save your money and don’t use this app.

No customer service
How is customer service not available at 3PM on a Saturday? I just got word from the shop that my order can’t be fulfilled and that I’m the one that has to contact support and fix this. Why is this burden on me first of all as WHY can’t anyone help me with this issue at a normally heavy period of service.

Don’t watse your time, they always sent you promotions, but when you use the promo, they will never deliver to you!
Still no refund, 15 business days
Order never arrived and now refund has not arrived in 15 business days. How do you run a business like this?

TERRIBLE customer service. Charged me twice for an order cancelled by the store itself and refused to help me. Got hung up on multiple times. STAY FAR AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Unexpected
The app is super fast and efficient. I was surprised how easy it is to get what I want and how well the app works unlike many others. Would recommend it to my friends any day 🙌🏾.
Double check that you actually get your refunds
I had some issues with a few orders (not a typo) and they agreed to refund those orders. They sent texts saying they were refunding, but over 3 weeks later, no refund has actually showed up.

Missing Items & No Customer Service
I made an order on Monday and received it a few hours later, but it was missing half of the items I had ordered. I called, sent an email, filled out their customer support page & sent a dm on Instagram, but I still haven’t received any response back. Very disappointed.
Great great app
Placed an order around 12:30 in the morning. They called me to let me know they were out of some items that I had ordered, and that they’d be refunding them for free as well as offering replacements on top of the refund. Delivery was quick and easy. 10/10!!! Would recommend!
Nice to be appreciated again!
I have used grubhub, DoorDash, instacart, and Walmart grocery delivery to name a few and not one of them treats the customer like they matter. They leave me feeling like they expect I need them more than they need me. I don't know about you, but I like to spend my money where it is appreciated. Atlantis Fresh Delivery makes me feel human and appreciated again. Service is fantastic! Highly recommend trying this above the big name delivery services. If they make a mistake, because it happens to everyone, they make it right!
