Card Upgrade
My card got an upgrade from gold to platinum (I requested this), but in order to reflect the card in the app, you need to register the new card via Desktop or Laptop ONLY. How inconvenient!

Weird Password Requirement
This app has the most peculiar password requirement that even the best-in-class password manager app can’t meet. It keeps displaying an error message saying “Invalid Password Format, minimum 6 alphanumeric characters,” but I’m already using more than six alphanumeric characters.

Unbilled Transactions not working
The app is good interns of knowing current available credit limit and last payment transaction posted and travel advisory but for some reason, unbilled transaction history is always blank even when I have a transaction made.

Access Mobile Banking
Ang hassle! Nagkaproblem lang ako sa app tapos nag uninstall ako then install ulit sa same phone lang need ko na agad magrequest ng Activation Mobile Banking Device nagrequest naman ako agad and nagconcern na sa Customer Service hindi nila ako maintindihan.
Outdated App
I had a card upgrade, they can’t add it to my existing user details instead need to create another account and add the new credit card details. Wow! So inconvenient, imagine if you deposit and it is at the other account and u have loans but your cc has to be in another login details. You guys have to catch up including the temporary card block feature. If I can rate no star at all it would be perfect for AUB!

The site do not have an option to enter International address. It won’t let me move to the next page until I enter the barangay and city.
