Still pairing issues with Audiokey 2.0
Also, why doesn’t the app allow the user to mute environmental noise when streaming music? I think an early version of the app did so. Why did was that feature removed?

Dear 'jsteffe13', thanks for your review. Whether it is possible to stream only audio (exclude the processor microphones during streaming) depends on the type of audio processor you are using. Also, your AudioStream interacts directly with the operating system of your phone, once configured via the app. In order to improve the overall stability of the connection of your AudioStream, you can update the AudioStream firmware via the AudioKey 2 app. In order to do that, the AudioStream needs to be unparied from your phone first. Dear FEMSW, thanks for your review. Our app already has a feature that allows you to refresh the audio processor data (e.g., after a fitting appointment). Please open the User Profile of the app (your name in the main menu), tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and select 'Refresh audio processor data'. Once the refresh process is completed, you will see all 4 programs in the Listening Settings of the app. In case you have further questions or suggestions, please send an email to us at audiokey@medel.com. Unfortunately, due to hardware limitations, the SONNET 2 battery status cannot be displayed in the AudioKey 2 app (this feature is currently only available for the RONDO 3 audio processor).
