Tracking

It’s not live tracking, it stay in the same place for hours. I have great internet. I wish it was live moving tracking like other gps tracking. I paid money for this and it’s not good I probably would have put another tracking device and would have work better.

Cannot add new vehicle to app

Unable to update info for new vehicle. Frustrating. If my new car was stolen, the VIN is still the OLD vehicle and I can’t change it.

Only for western USA

Yep only good for your original dealership if available. Moving to the east coast you can’t use another dealership as primary on east coast. The app otherwise works, but you must search for your new dealer each time you try to do maintenance with the new dealer. Tried to be able to change it but software folks are puzzled somehow.

Limited options!!

There’s not many features that are most useful. It’s basically Google timeline, tells you when your car has turned on and off, that’s it. Also getting an appointment with STG for maintenance they charge you for, is impossible. Call, text, schedule in the app , no one ever gets back to you in a timely manner.

Best tracking app

So far I’m really impressed with how well the app works. I have tested it and it is on par with the gps tracking.

Not good!

System has not worked properly since I bought the car. A 2022 Ford Escape and this was already on the car. I got charged $1495.00 for it and I questioned the charge and system I was told it could not be removed from the car.
To make matters worse it doesn’t work properly. I have tried Support and the dealer with no success. I’m ready to eat the loss and rip out the system. As you can tell I’m not happy with it. I gave it a 1 because I could go lower.

Waste of money

This gps is a waster of money . I went to look at the location of the Vehicle and it was the same spot on the freeway 20 minutes later . It does not up date often . Very disappointing. It’s not updating since 2 days ago

Tracking

This tracker was charged to Me for the supposed purpose of recovering the vehicle in the event it was stolen and yet it’s not tracking the vehicle AT ALL, but rather its tracking My phone (essentially tracking Me)! Why am I being charged for Your company to track My whereabouts???!

Useless service

The service rarely works. At best it works 50% of the time. I can’t believe they charge for this service. Never ever buy a car when the dealer tries to tack this fee on.
