As a Resident of Southridge in Edmonton. I find this app to be very useful to get things sorted out in a timely matter when you can’t reach anyone in the office. I haven’t been able to make a maintenance request but I’m sure it’s just as quick as the response to the emails for questions.

Easy Peasy
This app is so easy to use. Makes things a lot better with regard to making payments and keeping track of everything.
Fees
Fees shouldn’t be that high, our rents are high enough. Taking advantage of people that can’t go into the office to pay.
