The Doctor was very informative and professional.
Easy to use but needs some fixes
I tried to join my digital consultation in the app, and when I opened it I could see a banner on the top saying I have an appointment booked with a button to the right saying ‘view’. However, I could not press the button any way that I tried. Seemed like there was overlap with the home screen text. For reference I’m using an Apple iPhone 16 pro.

Very difficult to use
Extremely cumbersome and difficult to login as you cannot access your saved passwords so you have to type everything in manually.

Disappointing service
Quick appointments but no care in healthcare. Appointments cancelled and no alternative offered. Then no tests or referral given with severe symptoms. I had some blood tests done and the GP didn’t ask to see them just asked me about one metric and said take something over the counter.
