missing journeys
The journey recording is very unreliable — nearly half my trips don’t get tracked. This defeats the purpose of using the app. Please fix the recording feature and make sure all journeys are captured.
Misses Half My Journeys
I’ve been really disappointed with the Aviva Journey App. The whole point is to track trips accurately, but it constantly misses journeys. At least half of my drives don’t get recorded, which makes the app feel completely unreliable. For something that’s supposed to give fair feedback on driving and help with insurance, it’s frustrating that it can’t even manage the basics properly. Definitely needs major improvements before it’s usable.

Braking Review Needs to be Fixed
I don’t what’s wrong with this app but the braking review needs a fix. I don’t know if it’s working properly.
