Running totals missing

It would be great if you could easily see how much the total contributions for this FY were. This data is useful for maximising concessional contributions each year. Instead I have to get on the computer and export to excel to tally them all up.

Bring back the contributions to date summary!!

In the recent app update it appeared one of the most useful elements has disappeared. I can’t see the very helpful upfront summary of contributions to date under the transactions tab. This was so helpful in tracking whether there was room in the concessional cap to make additional contributions in a financial year. Now I have to track in a spreadsheet.

SMS PIN auto fill would be better

It would be great if a PIN number sent via SMS could be auto populated like in other apps

Simple change for the better

The app dashboard shows the total investment monthly in a graph and value in total. Great. Underneath this it summarises the total by the chosen investment breakdown by % and number of units.
It would be really good to see the $ value, by the chosen investment breakdown in $, which is a simple calculation of $ multiplied by the units already provided.
This would give the members a $ value by the chosen investment at a glance. I note that this info is available, by it requires the user to seek it out in the app elsewhere, which is clunky, and messy to access!
If it was on the dashboard page up front it would be really good to get that view, for review!
To me it would give me an instant picture on how my investments were travelling, by type!
And it would be worth another star*, I.e. 5

Pointless on IPAD

Incredibly on an IPAD (Perhaps also IPhone) if you have multiple accounts you can’t view different accounts. You have to login on the web login. big gap in functionality 1 star , especially as I had to contact Aware to find out that I was not going mad, and that there is indeed no option to change accounts view. Having a banner to say it’s not possible would be a the temporary workaround but still pretty poor show on app design.

WAS useful!

After the latest update I can’t log in to my account on my iPad. I tried deleting the app numerous times to refresh the app but it wasn’t completely deleted just sent to the cloud. So now I have no access on my iPad luckily my android phone still works!

Home screen missing field

The toggle near the top of the home screen which displays the account name and a drop down arrow to change accounts is missing from the home screen. So there is no indication of which account you are in and no way of changing to other accounts.

C+ at best

Maybe it’s because the rollover from TelstraSuper is only recent, but so far there is no comparison to the TelstraSuper app, which was far superior in terms of features and UX. The devs of this one may want to ask for some pointers from the former TelstraSuper devs.

Suggestions for future iterations:
*projected balance at retirement age
*links that open within the app - it’s irritating that links automatically open in my browser app
*if you’re merging with another fund, bring across FULL history. I have now lost >10yrs of fund performance and statements

Needs Darkmode!

Good at for seeing details of your super, but needs a dark mode setting as at night time the screen is white and very, very bright

Face ID issue

It’s ok. A bit basic. My main issue is that Face ID can’t be enabled on my iPad. Without biometrics the login process is slow and clunky compared to other apps.

Good earnings info but can be slow to update.

Great for Quick updates

Withdrawal slow

Takes a week to get money into my account from my retirement fund. Not good for emergency situations.

Code

Why do I always have to get a code .
I don’t always have my phone with me .
I log into aware super on my I pad

One star

Long wait times to get an answer, bad phonics on the call, waster 20 mins for a simple query that did not resolve, operator took some time to find the account despite accurate information.

Very Happy

App is easy to use, gives clear instructions, gives all the information I need

New device

It is asking me to register to login. I’ve already done that. It still works perfectly on my old device.

Register registering to login is not easy.

Income

Hope money stays efficient with shares dropping with world problems

Aware Supe app

It’s super! Just like a good banking app. Easy to use😀

System failure

Not impressed …. Unable to action requests due to your system failure …unacceptable

Poor returns on retirement

Retirement = poor returns
