Has become useless

Can’t buy single passes anymore and can no longer just choose a route to view where the bus is. Terrible I’m gonna take a cab.

Why did they decide of single tickets

I need a bus to go home from the mall and went on the app to buy a single ticket and now our of nowhere the single ticket option has been removed and the lowest you can buy is a 10 pack that’s insane I need one ticket so I have to buy 10 for $32 uninstall I’ll just walk thank you

App becoming less convenient

Since the last update the app keeps logging me out twice daily while the driver is waiting for me to board as Im trying to get to my 30 day pass. The payment programming of the app does not function so I have to buy a physical version anyway
