I’ve used the Back Doctor for almost a year now and not only has my back become stronger, everything has m my life has become easier. Less pain, better movement, less tired….and the new layout is easier to follow. I also like the more precise scoring system. My surgeon asked for my trunk stability score and I just show him the app. Thanks Dr. Watkins!

The app hasn’t been updated in a couple of years, and is very slow. All of the stretches are also available all over YouTube.
