Apathy towards customers
Any medicine I order they won’t have. Even small Medicals near my house have them and all commercial apps have as well. But this big company of Bajaj doesn’t have good enough suppliers. Sometimes they give silly reasons like prescription is not clear. Don’t even try to call the customers and clarify. The app won’t work while paying and they don’t refund to source if you don’t ask. Typical corporate company that doesn’t care about customers health.

Poor Service
My relationship with Bajaj is through my employer and Bajaj service absolutely very inhuman and poor service
Instance I was using for very first time and I have a 2 year old baby and situation is my wife leg was fractured. The payment to radiology was chosen as consultation because on one hand I have my baby and other hand using non network payment option and by mistake it was selected for consultation. This was not approved stating this is due the terms and conditions of my employer. To me my employer would have terms for incorrect claims, however in this case all the admin task of bajaj of selecting and approving is passed back to users who at medical centres comes with various challenges and they are adding one more to users and rejected the claim

Outstanding
This review is on the App and Bajaja Allianz health insurance. Recently I had very good experience with the Insurance. My father was operated in the hospital, and as soon as he was admitted my RM Mr. Bhushan and Riddhi called me and asked for any support. At the day of discharge the RM was continuously following up for the claim settlement, and he did it very well. Also after the discharge of my father from hospital, for follow-up I booked the appointment from the app. And claim the medical bill through the app and got it reimbursed within 2 days. Great experience with Bajaj Allianz. One can go with it without thinking twice.

Horrible app and horrible service
The app is just terrible to work with. It’s impossible to re-schedule or cancel your appointment unless somehow you manage to chat with an agent which is not an option you get easily. The agents are so incompetent and slow that they can’t do their job. Had to connect twice online to cancel an appointment. If you call them they keep you in a loop with no option to cancel or reschedule or talk to anyone. I have had 3-4 separate appointments that they have been cancelled by them at the very last moment. So really, this is the worst app. Go use practo instead. I shall have to raise a complain in my company to not use bajaj health’s service from next year onwards coz it’s been nothing but a waste.

Worst health insurance company
I am one of the frustrated customer of Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance, Bajajfinserve Health limited .
I have raised one claim for lab test which was prescribed by bajaj ti-up doctor.
First time claim was rejected by saying doctor degree not available in prescription which was incomplete investigation. Later on i have highlighted the degree on same prescription than thay have re-opened it.
Second time thay have rejected by saying this is pre-existing disease. Again I wrote a mail and asked them about pre-existing disease name than again they have re-opened the claim because they didn’t have answer of it.
Third time again they have rejected my claim by saying no edited documents shared. Again I wrote a mail and also contacted customer care through call but till date i have not received any response from mail team and customer care team already 4-5 days past.
This Bajajfinserve Health limited and Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance is the worst health insurance company in India market. They are doing as they want. Doesn’t matter about customer and documents which is provided by customer.
Requesting people not to buy this company insurance plan. They have only fake commitments during sell.

Super quick claims reimbursement
This app is cool in terms of quick resolution provided by easy and quick reimbursement process provided by Bajaj Health.
I haven’t faced any issues or hiccup till date on any of my claims pertaining to reimbursement as well and would recommend this to people to avail their service. Rahul lokande has been a great help with the service and reimbursement process was smooth.

Health checkup
Offering better choices for tests within certified labs, giving cost saving option plan. However, what I feel best when I asked a lab technician about the charges for a specific package during the blood sample collection. The price he quoted was significantly higher than the package I had selected in the app.

Bajaj health real saved a lot of hassles and time. Quick upload and review is done by the team. Recently I uploaded one of the claim in which some bill bifurcation was required, the team reached out to me and clarified the details . Update Not working properly
It was a good app, speciall the step tracker was good we were in a comptetion mode with other using the app, however first they stoppped showing other competiyors and then in current update for ios it shows animation and then gets stuck on white screen , I initially thought it to be a netwrok issue , but it neither worked through wifi or 5G network.

No point of video consultation
I had a video consultation with a doctor on Thursday night, my doctor has uploaded prescription on app, but due to a bug I can’t see anything on app. Now, it is Saturday, after mailing to customer care and having 25+ calls with customer care, I haven’t got any result.
I can’t even order other medicines from app, it just hoes on reloading loop. Just too many bugs.
If you have severe health issue, and needs urgent care, please for your own good don’t use this app.

Great App for Health realted information
So I recntly downloaded this app and have been using it. I really liked the offerings like online doctor consultation, lb tests and health check up, etc.
Also, its loaded with information which is also a reason I liked. Its like a one stop solution to all my health related queries and concers.

Amazing app that has saved me so much trouble
This app came in handy when I had no one to reach out to and I was sick, stuck in a new city but this app helped me consult a top doctor whom I used to see in person before and that literally saved my life.
