Why the app is not working for iPhone!!!

The service is great. The items quality and grocery freshness is awesome, but the only annoying part is the huge number of useless pushing notifications and there is no option to filter out what messages I do need and what I can stop. Do I need to delete the app after delivering my items and download it again whenever I need to order again?? Because there is no other way to stop the annoying push notifications

للأسف تطلب من بلدي إكسبرس ويجيك الطلب عقب ٣ ساعات او أكثر ، تتصل فيهم كانك ما تتصل حتى خدمة العملاء ما منهم فايدة ولا يتابعون الشكوى ما غير تسمع منهم نأسف على هالتاخير ونحاول نكلم السايق لك ومن عقبها ما تشوف إلا ساحبين عليك
Bad Delivery Service
Good application but still very poor delivery service, I think the drivers don’t care about Baladi reputation.
Don’t use this app
Worst application with worst customer service Waiting for 2 hours and keep calling the customer service and I didn’t receive my order, they keep telling the driver on his way ( if he’s coming from Saudi Arabia it’ll not take that much time)

Delivery Fee
Before it used to be free. Normally in other apps, when the order exceeds a specific amount, the delivery becomes free. But not in baladi express. There is a delivery fee always, no matter the bill amount.
I saved almost 30% on my groceries
I was sceptical about this app, but once I started using it realised it saves money and time. The app could be better in terms of user interface but overall it’s a wonderful must have app

When i open the app and go to the search bar to search the app closes it self so u gotta figure that out

I have a discount card that is { Testaahel } for a discount, but it has not been applied

Diary products production date
I always mention the date of the production when i order any diary product specially milk because i know how many days i need to finish it.. but always they do not provide what has been asked... usually i ignore this matter but today i am writing a review so that the issue can be fixed in future..
