I love Bangor Savings bank. They have excellent customer service, their app is user friendly, and their fraud detection is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone and this app for any BS customer.
Easy
I love that I can walk and unlock my debit card so nobody can break into my account. It’s just convenient to be able to see what processed without having to wait for a paper trail.

Every time i open this app it asks for a rating and review. Why?!!!???!!!!????
Mobile deposit is terrible.
Unless the check is absolutely flat, the lighting is perfect and the background is black- the mobile deposit does NOT work. Extremely frustrating to the point that I have thought about switching banks.
Sense day one
I will say this app has been reliable since day one. I have been a BSB customer for over 35 years and using the app from day one I very much appreciate they announce when the app will be down and I’ve hardly ever had a problem with it, keep up the good work!
Easy peasy
The app is intuitive and easy to use. I love having access to all my accounts in one place and the ease of making a mobile deposit or transferring money to other accounts. Love bsb!

A lil glitchy
Lately, especially with the deposits, the Bangor Mobile has been glitchy. In the middle of a mobile deposit, the Bangor Mobile will turn off and I have to re-sign in. And also wait a day to see if the deposit deposited. And if it didn’t, I have to re-deposit.
Long time customer
I have been with Bangor Savings for I think 15 or 16 years. I haven’t lived in ME for 14 years. Now that you can deposit checks online it has been easy to live out of state. I loved how personal they treat you. Never a charge on any machine you use around the world! They help with anything you need. I got robbed/scammed for all I had in my account (a bout $1000) well they gave me the money back! My purse got stolen on Maui once. They overnighted a new card for me. I was broke and couldn’t afford the overnight fee and they paid it for me! (I don’t think something they normally do) that’s the personal care you get through BSB.
