This is one of the worst bank wallet have seen. Pls it advisable to avoid them, lazy staff in Kano branch. It will take months for u to get ur problem resolved. Try them and see I promise u will regret using their services
Upgrading
You really need to make a provision for cancellation of upgrading an account when you needed to make an amendment, it been like that for a over a month even after I have gotten a feedback on why it could not be completed but I still can’t cancel it

Why is it taking so long the approve the documents I uploaded to upgrade my kyc level? It’s over 3 days now.

However, the digital address verification is required for a Tier 3 upgrade. Please ensure that your location services are turned on to help fast-track the process. I can’t even complete kyc each time I input my bvn it says error trying to fetch data okay I tried other options using my bank account it’s still redirected me to the bvn verification okay I tried using my nin each time I input my nin it loads then return me back to the nin page it’s my first time yet it’s so inconvenient to use
