My favorite place to Bank!
I have had an account at BankMobile for over 2 yrs. now, and they have been the best mobile banking service I have ever had. They are secure and customer service is #1. Fast efficient and not once have I had to complain about their service.
Hate this app
I only use this card/app because of school deposits. I locked my card and can’t unlock it. Always an issue!!

cant log in, its been like this for months. have to use exclusively on my laptop which is a bit inconvenient

Worst Customer service! Be ready for waiting and not being able to spend
Has to be the worst bank ever. I got a new card and it got locked due to possible fraud. That fraud? Me at CVS like I always do. I call on Tuesday and waited on hold from 615 until 822 before hanging up to try in the morning. I call next morning and waited another hour. Finally get my card unblocked. Awesome, now I can go deposit the cash I have and send it to my other bank for bills. The cash took about 30 min to finally show on my account, so I sent over what I already had in the account while waiting . Then it finally hits, awesome I can send it to pay my bills. When I try again, my card is locked again for fraud activity. Me paying bills?! Back on hold now another 24 minutes hoping they answer soon. Going to have them unblock and let me transfer out while they are on phone then closing account. This bank is a joke

Even tho there is no branch near me they make everything else easier

It won’t allow me to open the app whenever I try to open it it does nothing i haven’t been able to log in or do anything with the app since I downloaded it .it just doesn’t work .the app doesn’t even open for me at all.

Years of Irritation
I have went use using this bank. Time after freaking time. You find a way to activation my frustration. I can’t use cash app. I can’t overdraft. If I am not mistaken; I can’t send money wire. The points are bs. And, now here we are. I can’t withdraw the money I put into the account. I have to be all your long wait time call center. Never have they answered the phone in under five minutes if that. This banking account is really frustrating; and you wonder why I go months without using it.
