Yeah this app took my entires savings account balance and has not offered any help

Years of Irritation

I have went use using this bank. Time after freaking time. You find a way to activation my frustration. I can’t use cash app. I can’t overdraft. If I am not mistaken; I can’t send money wire. The points are bs. And, now here we are. I can’t withdraw the money I put into the account. I have to be all your long wait time call center. Never have they answered the phone in under five minutes if that. This banking account is really frustrating; and you wonder why I go months without using it.

I started using them for my financial aid disbursements and after consistent satisfaction I opened checking and savings accounts and started using them as my primary bank.

Do not use!!

Do not use this for your college refund if you have other options use instead was trying to link my other account. They froze this one and won’t let me use my money up to 15 days and I needed it for college. Worse bank ever.

Simple process

Customer service via phone not too helpful. Can download transactions in pdf only.

If you get locked out of your account you just have to keep calling and emailing; get the right representative

This app is the worst app I have ever seen I constantly have errors and have to delete the app and redownload it, it is absolutely awful and right now it’s not sending the confirmation code

Absolute Terrible

Customer service is terrible. Waited over an hour just to talk to some agent about shutting my account down!! Never received my physical card in the two years being in this bank. Won’t be using again. Don’t recommend banking here

Horrible customer service

I’ve been trying to add a bank account to this account for days and after speaking with someone and confirming the identity not to mention waiting on hold for an hour, they sent me to an automated voice message . Will not be using this bank. Such horrible representatives!!!

Literally useless

They locked my account for inactivity but instead of being able to re open it by calling I have to sit on the phone for 45 minutes. Just for them to tell me I have to make a new account. But wait you have to go on hold again for a robot to answer and then let it tell you how to do it where doesn’t work at all. So now 2k of my work money is no where because of this stupid app.

please fix this app especially when you try to log in and it doesn’t send you the code to verify you…very frustrating

Bank is a joke

You will never be able to get in contact with an agent. 5 days in a row on hold for over three hours. I don’t use them by choice my school does.
