I hate codes. I computer illiterate and I do not know how to accept a code without losing the open file with my chart. Frustrating. Knock off the codes.

Incorrect titled message
Received a text that said I had Message. Looked in my message. There was nothing. Then started clicking tabs looking and found that it was in reminders. As always with Baptist, it would be much nicer if you actually sent the correct information so that the patient did not have to look everywhere to find it.

Logging in
Every time I try to log in it tells me there is a problem with my user name or password. Called three times in the past 10 days to have it reset. Also can’t reset it myself, I have to call the help desk.

Phenomenal
You can literally do everything on this app. It is so simple and easy to use. If you wanted, you could almost never literally walk in that doctor’s office. You can message your doctor, see all your lab results. Request refills This one’s huge for me. See all your upcoming appointments with the addresses, phone numbers and everything you will. To make sure that you arrive at the correct place with all the assistance you need at your fingertips. This has to be literally the best system I have ever seen in my entire life.

I have seen doctors notes completely written down wrong. I have been completely dismissed lied to about labs was giving shots that I said I didn’t work but was given anyway. This is something I have dealt with for over 3 years and when I asked what am supposed to is live with the pain I got told yes!! I’m truly grateful for my new doctor Teresa Gray she has finally given me hope and not wanting to give up on me and really trying to make my quality of life better!! So thank you so much My Angel Teresa!!

I have only been seeing Ashley for a couple months. But she is great. She listens and doesn’t rush you out of the door. You can see she cares for her patients. She’s just all around a wonderful person and confidant and nurse. I couldn’t say more wonderful things about her. Would totally tell anyone dealing with anxiety, depression etc to go see her. I’m beyond grateful for her.

First Visit
Went in today to establish care- I haven’t been taking care of myself for years and decided it was time. Was long time Nortons person but not happy with their care. The APRN Samantha was incredible. She didn’t judge me for not having my routine stuff done like mammo, pap etc for a while. She was patient , listened to all my concerns and gave me great feedback

For the first time in my life I feel like I am getting good care. I’ve had a fear of docs and hospitals and it took a lot to finally get professional help on my health care journey. I am thankful to find Amanda Blume and her great team. They all helped me feel at ease during the most challenging time of my life.
