My family had an enjoyable time at this hotel everyone from front desk to breakfast staff ver lovely and friendly. My special thanks to wonderful Hanieh and Sirin and others that accommodated for our every need with a smile. Thanks Barcelo
No permite gestionar bien
No localiza mi reserva. No puedo contactar con atención al cliente de verdad, solo mensajes automáticos. No da opciones de reserva de restaurantes de mi hotel. El chat da error, genera pérdida de tiempo.
Good to book but you can’t manage your bookings
It’s good as it gives you extra discounts, but if you’re booking multiple rooms under different names it’s impossible to differentiate between bookings as they don’t display the names. I have queried this with the hotel as I need to cancel one, but no one is responding to me. The app needs to show you the booking ref too, which it doesn’t.

Siendo una cadena tan grande no puede ser que no quieran invertir dinero en alguien que les desarrolle una app decente. Pregúntenle a los del hotel XCARET a quienes contrataron para que tengan algo decente que ofrecer al usuario. Ni la descarguen solo ocupa espacio
The app simply does not work
The app is full of bugs everywhere, unusable.
Doom loop
Once you force the security override, you end up in a doom loop of logging on via the website & the app hangs. Might be just ‘down’ today but means we can’t book restaurants. No matter - the old fashioned way always works :) I’ll ask them in person
Not useful if already booked
Doesn't appear to be any way to link your current booking to your account on the app. There is no map application on the app or perhaps it only appears if you've booked using the app. Essentially this is an app equivalent to a booking website. Doesn't appear to offer any functionality for a guest already in the hotel. Adding these two features might make the app useful but otherwise there's no point downloading it.

Doesn’t work
I have version 5.3.3 and it doesn’t work. I can’t view anything except the home page. All links lead to white pages that never produce anything. So frustrating. DEFINITELY DON’T INSTALL.
Mejor imposible
Gratamente sorprendida de que todo hay sido tan perfecto. La cama y el confort de la habitación, el diseño del hotel tan divertido y bien cuidado, pero sobre todo el equipo humano, excepcional en todos los espacios. La comida es de otro planeta, desayuno, buffet, restaurante a la carta, ni un pero y esto es complicado, producto de primera calidad, presentaciones hechas con cariño y sabores exquisitos. Definitivamente ya en mi lista de favoritos!!

Errors
I downloaded the app, registered for an account. No way to link a reservation to the app. Tried to use ‘Contact Us’ to request assistance and the form had errors and would not allow me to request help.

This app only works for those who book directly. Not made for Canadians!

Tried many times to sign up / to create an account. My new Password was not good enough even though it was created by KeyPassword .

Cannot add my reservation to the app
Booked for a week long trip and am trying to get the app running to look at the options for the hotel I’ll be staying at (Occidental at Xcaret Destination) and I cannot add my reservation to my account so I can look at anything. Or add the documents I keep getting emails about that are needed for my trip.

Royal Hideaway
This hotel has much to commend it. The privacy of the balconies, the excellent shower, the comfortable bed etc.
It could however benefit from USB ports and the internet speed does not support watching live sporting events during busy periods. We wanted to watch an international rugby match but the constant polling and freezing of the picture made it impossible.
Having said that we are booked to return in January for another break from English winter.

Szabadság,pihenés élvezése!
66 és 73 éves pár vagyunk! Reggeli és vacsora foglalásunk van! Most vagyunk it először! Tiszta rendezett szálloda! Egy régen épült de csodálatosan próbálják renden tartani! A személyzet legyen az szobalány vagy éttermi dolgozó kedves,segítő kész! A recepciós lányok is mosolygósak, aranyosak és mindenben segítenek ha gond adódik! Még két nap és vége a pihenésnek! Kívánok sok szépet és jót mindenkinek aki itt azon dolgozik hogy a vendégek jól érezzék magukat! Köszönjük a szép napokat!
