Deposit since 2021 and still can’t withdraw!
I have tried to reach out to you people on almost every platform. And just now I updated the app and I can’t even sign in again. I need to just get my balance off into my main bank account and it keeps telling me to verify my BVN which I’ve done severally but still fails. And I got a message that y’all are closing finally? If this wasn’t a scam how come several customers can’t get their balance off with the same complain and y’all are still saying you want to close?!

Doesn’t send notifications
Fix your app please. It’s always one problem or the other. The reason Touch ID is there is so that OTP logins are not necessary. Mandating OTP login despite using biometric login is NOT user intuitive!
Why is your app not sending notifications for transactions? No in-app notification, no mail notification. What kind of mobile banking service are you running??
I just hassled someone needlessly over not sending money they were supposed to. It turns out the person did send it FOUR days ago, but your app did not deem it fit or necessary to notify me of a credit transaction — or any transaction, for that matter. No mail notification, either! I will definitely stop using Barter. Between you and Zenith, I don’t know who’s worse.

Barter app is great but the customer service is very very bad…I don’t know why they hiding themselves

I’m trying to login and I’m asked to set up 2FA but when I choose the option it brings me back to the login page. Several times

Flutter wave took my money and never refund till today like where do I start? I sent money and till now the receiver never received and I didn't get a refund

My barter account was restricted and I called the custom service line, they referred me to mail them i do and they requested some information of which I have provided up till now nothing has been done you guys better open my account for me

Was okay at first in Cameroon but now no deposit option no virtual card nothing at all app just stop working got our business partners across Africa frustrated no customer support if you are in Cameroon I will advise you not download you will be disappointed
used to be great app now it’s a 50-50 and the app has so many bugs
Your guys should inform people when the app is down and when it will be back up. COMMUNICATE WITH USERS!
Bug After Update
I updated my app 4 days ago and since then, I’ve been having issues with the app. When I login to do a transaction it works but after closing the app, if I open it again it’ll be blank.. just blank only the navigation buttons are visible. I’ll click but UI is blank.. until I uninstall and reinstall and then it happens again… I’ve done this everyday at least 6-10 times daily … please fix this bug

The dollar card service which can be used for iTunes and others was your major selling point and untill it is sorted you guys will keep loosing customers

I’ve used several financial apps including those of foreign banks. This app is the standard for me. Simple to use, no excessive complex features, smooth transaction interface. I HAVE NEVER HAD A FAILED TRANSACTION since I started using it. I have recommended this to my family. Thank you team.

Fix the Crap
I downloaded this app to use and tried to register but it keeps telling me my BVN names doesn’t match. it’s the same names. I tried again on another device using another email and phone number just to arrive at the same error saying my name don’t match with my BVN and I can’t do nothing about it . Just close this crap
