Can’t Even Register!
No wonder this app doesn’t have as many people using it as the others, they’re probably like me and can’t even register to get in! All I keep getting is an error message that says, “something went wrong”. I’ve tried for multiple days & still get the same error message. I know it’s nothing I’m doing wrong.

I tried to search for items in the app and it just kept flashing the logo and error messages. Can’t even get the app to work.

I honestly don’t see myself going to the supermarket again, this app is very user friendly and the delivery is always very fast, and most importantly the customer service is excellent!

No receipts
I got an issue with an order amount differing from the app estimation. That happens often ok. But when I asked the help center by chat to send me the cashier receipt just to understand the gap between totals, I just got stupid answers until the point that they just removed the chat option from the help center. Nice method ! Why did you stop providing the cashier receipt ? You used to do it before.

Worst app
This is the completely worst app I have ever seen in my life it’s too difficult I couldn’t even punch in my number I couldn’t make an delivery too difficult
Address addition needs improving.
I love this app I’ve been using it since 2020, but adding an address feels slow and I can’t change the map to satellite view that shows buildings. I would also like to see apple pay on the app.

اسعار اعلى من المتجر و يرفض تسليم فواتير
للاسف التطبيق انحدر بالخدمه و لاحظت ارتفاع و فرق بالاسعار، و ادارة التطبيق لا تصدر فواتير موثقه و تمنع المشتري من استلام فاتوره المتجر، و عند الاصرار على استلامها و التهديد بالغاء الطلب، كان هناك فرق عشر دنانير بين ما تم دفعه بالمتجر و ما تم حسابه على التطبيق من غير اجرة الخدمة و التوصيل.
