Service is functional but antiquated
App is functional if slightly misleading. Not door to door, as they rejected my door, but were willing to drop me off in a town 9 miles away. It is also a case of you get what you pay for, as it is going to take me 90 minutes to go 17 miles. Also bring exact change. They only take cash, and they won’t give you change. Instead you get a gift card to spend more money on their buses. It’s 2026.

Useless to schedule
Tried booking pickup to airport through there early morning service. Select arrive to airport by 5am and it says my pick up time is 5:15pm arriving to the airport at 5:25pm. 12 full hours after when I need to be there.
Please just let me go home…
