App seems to get better with updates. Please include a local time setting so that DND will be correct for time zone the unit is located and not where you are currently.

Can’t connect
Tried deleting and starting fresh, creating a new account, using a different phone, even a samsung and still doesnt work. Apparently you need location permission to be on but it does appear in the list so I can’t turn it on and because of that I can’t connect with it.
Useless app. Returning product.
The main feature of this app is to get alerts on ur phone. I can’t even log on to my account. Called 800 number and now I have to wait a day possibly more the get confirmation code in order to use my phone app. I did spend 400 bucks to have zero customer service available till the next day if I’m lucky. Based on other reviews it will be about 2-3 days for a response. I bought this product to protect my children. Embarrassing if you as my.

Useless
Phone app is nonfunctional. Device itself is acting erratic. Going to test it for one more day. If it is not trustworthy, I’m going to return it.
No notifications
I setup the app to send notifications but do not receive anything when the alarm goes off. Nothing regardless if the app is running or not.
No support
Haven’t even gotten through the app set up. Left messages 2 and 3 days ago. Still waiting for my “support” email. This is to save lives. Take your product and the consumer more seriously!!
Trash
There is virtually no useful information given to the user on connectivity status so when things go wrong, you’re left figuring out what to do and there is no real time support… it is email based. Total robbery for what you pay for this thing. Took me over an hour to solve a problem. If Lifebouy is interested, reach out to me and for a consulting fee, I will tell you how to better design this.

You can’t even log in
It took 5 times to get the app to even download from the App Store, and the whole “experience” is a total joke. I can’t believe I spent $500 on this nonsense
Unreliable for a critical job
The alarm seems to work ok but the app is functionally unusable. It constantly disconnects from my wifi network and does not perform any of the functions advertised. I chose this alarm for the functionality and supposed reliability of the alarm and app. I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the performance (or lack thereof) of this app. Zero stars!
