App seems to get better with updates. Please include a local time setting so that DND will be correct for time zone the unit is located and not where you are currently.

Can’t connect
Tried deleting and starting fresh, creating a new account, using a different phone, even a samsung and still doesnt work. Apparently you need location permission to be on but it does appear in the list so I can’t turn it on and because of that I can’t connect with it.
Useless app. Returning product.
The main feature of this app is to get alerts on ur phone. I can’t even log on to my account. Called 800 number and now I have to wait a day possibly more the get confirmation code in order to use my phone app. I did spend 400 bucks to have zero customer service available till the next day if I’m lucky. Based on other reviews it will be about 2-3 days for a response. I bought this product to protect my children. Embarrassing if you as my.

Phone app is nonfunctional. Device itself is acting erratic. Going to test it for one more day. If it is not trustworthy, I’m going to return it.
