Simply DOES NOT WORK
Don’t buy this. The only way to control the devices is with the app. But the app does not work at all. Avoid.
Doesn’t work
The app says the unit isn’t on when it is. The unit will not work and there is no phone number to contact the manufacturer so returning the product.
App is pointless
The alarm works great, but the app is pointless. It only works if I am standing beside the alarm. Which defeats the purpose of having the app.
The worst!!
This system is absolutely the worst. Whoever created this should be fired. Crashes regularly and is simple worthless.

I agree with the other person who wrote the review regarding the app. It’s difficult to control from the app assuming you’re lucky to get it to work. None of the buttons on the menu app work. I tried to link to contacts and it doesn’t respond. None of the buttons in the menu work. I have questions for the company and am not able to make contact. I decided to spend almost double of what I would have paid for the next best alarm because the reviews seemed to make it worth it. The alarm works well but the tech support availability is terrible.
