I used this app for ages to check how busy my local tip was but for several months now the app just shows a spinning loading animation and no information. Rather than post a critical review here I contacted the council but they never replied so after waiting several more weeks I’m giving it 1 star. Should be zero stars. If it’s stopped working permanently they should take it down.

What’s the point!
What’s the point of Dean App that doesn’t load but keeps saying…..”Oops something went wrong. Please try again sometime later”! Sadly sums up the entire BCP Council!

fitness data?
Why is this app requesting access to my fitness data? This is unnecessary. The app also no longer loads, useless.
The most useless app ever created!
This is literally the crappiest app. It never works and never loads. It’s about as much use as a chocolate teapot. If I could give it zero stars, then I would!

Does not connect to whatever source it is trying to connect to and the ‘app support’ takes you to BCP council website telling how wonderful it is to be in the area.

Yet another waste of our money, making an App with outdated information! Par for the course with BCP Council, these days, I’m afraid!
When they are pushing the whole Green Agenda, with Cycle lanes (mostly empty) taking up valuable road space, it’s not very environmentally friendly to mislead motorists that one of their Recycling Centres is open until 6pm, only to find out it shut a 5!!!

Turned up at Nuffield and it is queuing out the gate - apparently it’s not busy according to the app

I am running the current iOS version but all I get is a spinning not loading thing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled but still the same. Used to work 🤷♀️

Need to see trends and how busy it tends to be some time from now, because takes time to get there. Really underwhelming. Flowing live and predictive information into one BCP app (and website) rather than disjointed half baked apps would be better. And feedback on app doesn’t work
Remove or fix this app
Great idea if it actually worked either says nothing or says the tip is temporarily closed. Tried to leave feedback three times and that button does not work
