Wont let me log in
I wanted to sign up, i have BDO online banking account; but the app always says that they are unable to do it right now and to try again later.
USELESS APP
Why is this app still available? BDO should delete it from the App Store if it’s no longer working and they don’t plan to fix or update it.
BDO Pay used to work fine — was able to pay direct to contact numbers and QR codes. Then suddenly it didn’t. It keeps saying invalid name and password. Forget about reinstalling — that doesn’t work either.

Terrible App
I have both BDO pay and BDO online banking app. I have no problem using them both for several years until noted this year I am unable to log in in both apps. It keeps saying incorrect password. If I reset it in my smartphone it will ask for OTP which is great however no OTP ever comes to my phone # then nothing happens. If I use my laptop or desktop no problem with log in and I am able to receive OTP on my smartphone. So I don’t understand what’s going on! The apps are convenient supposedly because there’s no way in my day to day life that I have to use my laptop or desktop! My smartphone is convenient anywhere and anytime. Unfortunately BDO can’t find ways to make this easy for me!

New app
Your new app is terrible!!! I think i have been locked out because i have been trying to log in and i would get numerous texts saying someone is trying to log in… if it’s not you … I live here in the US and I never had trouble with the old app. I can’t get a one time pin either- been trying to change password as instructed but OTP can’t get through. Please help!!!

Not working. Deleting the app for now.
App hasn't been working for a while now. I have deleted it and re downloaded it. Still doesnt work. Im deleting it for now and hopefully a newer version later on will work. Good luck bdo. Hopefully we can get notification when new working version is finally available.
Bad service
Is this app really works? Been trying for 7 months and still not working.. the old app is better. I just used it for a month then my account automatically log out.. can't log in again for 7 months. Fix it or better delete this app..

Unintuitive App
Worst banking app.
1. Initial loading takes a lot of time and account balances still aren’t reflected correctly.
2. After failing a transaction, you must first check your balance if it proceeds???? As a user, why would’ve I need to do that? This is the most annoying part. How inconvenient. Why would you even show a failed message when in backend it’s successful?? This will result to a double transaction.
3. More down time, less up time. If you want to save money, this is your go to app. It won’t let you have your money on the spot as there is more down time than up time.

Terrible app matched with terrible customer service
Waste of time, don’t download. There are alternate apps you can use such as Maya or GCash
This app is Clunky, slow and doesn’t work
Downloaded this but after entering my log in details for bdo online - it says my password and username is wrong! Even if I’m logging in through my password manager or manually inputting it.
Bdo for a banking app, you sure don’t find ways. Why not be like citibank when their on line app fits all, why a separate app for this????!!

BDO Pay and BDO Digital Bank is not link
At some point I was able to log-in both apps, then one day when using BDO Pay, I got a message that is temporarily lock and I need to reset my password, when I log in to the BDO Digital Banking app, I can log in without issue. Then BDO Digital Banking app always ask to update password. Why keep changing password when it’s correct and using the same device. Also why there is 2 apps BDO Pay and BDO Digital Banking? Why not combine the app, why make it complicated only in the Philippines.

Gimmick kind of service
Not working properly. Cant even login. Have reset password couple of times and it feel like its phishing. Like a Big Scam. Staying away from this gimmick kind of service.
Can’t Log In using correct password
I keep on getting “Invalid Password” despite being able to use the same credentials in both my laptop and phone online banking app. I don’t want to reset my password since it’s working fine except on the BDO Pay.
Ridiculously Slow
I only use this app to pay my BDO credit card bill. And even that just stopped working. Grabe!
DO NOT USE THIS APP
I used this app for a transaction with my vet. Just a simple BDO to BDO transfer and I got double charged! The BDO Pay itself only shows 1 charge, but good thing I noticed it when looking through my transactions online and confirmed with customer support. They claimed they'd help me reverse this and to not do anything (coordinate with my vet). 2 weeks later, didn't even get a notification. Called again to follow up on the reversal (with a ref#) and the next rep told me to do it myself since they can't do anything on their end. Now, I'm having a difficult time getting the refund from my vet because of this app. If my payroll account wasn't BDO, I'd switch to BPI. Partner has BPI and no complaints, especially with their app.
This app isn't even secure. It asked me to change passwords twice for security (due to some security issue they got a few months/weeks back). And then didn't even update with the first password change I did that it confirmed.

Philippines’s Lousiest Electronic Wallet App
The most inconvenient electronic wallet app in the Philippines. To think it is also the a Philippines’ largest bank. OTP can’t arrive on time, sluggish performance. Waste of time!

How stupid is it to develop an app you can’t log in? Bdo online banking sign-on works fine, but this Duhhh app develop by duhhh tech team is ridiculous…
Waste of time and full of frustration
Doesn’t work, useless app which doesn't let you log in or allow you to log in. Even if and when you're logged in today, tomorrow resets and make you log in again to then no work. Even with biometric save login
New App is Terrible!
I had the original BDO Pay App and it worked great. Then they developed this new app and I haven’t been able to use it not even once! I can’t even log-in. It keeps rejecting my password even though it is CORRECT. I know it’s correct because I can log on with my laptop to the online banking. I received a message on the app to call the hotline that my account has been temporarily locked for security reasons. The hotline has a recording saying to delete and reinstall the app and then reset password. On the website in tue FAQs it says that when you open the app there is a place to request help. So you can reset your password. Only problem there is NO such place to ask for “help”!!! Why did you fix what wasn’t broken only to break it! Bring back the old app.

Blocked BDO PAY
Na blocked ang BDO PAY account ko kahit tama naman ang username and password na binigay ko.Worst is tawagan ko daw customer service and I waited for 30mins queuing na ubos pa load ko sa kaka antay.Mind you USA line pa gmit ko.walang libre kahit toll free.
