Installed it on an IPhone and android phone, useless. Developers need to given phones to test this app on or list which brand or model this thing was tested on so that users could decide whether to install it. Come on BDO you need to do better to satisfy your customers needs

Ridiculous design
You can’t share the favorite contact list you made on bdo page or bdo online as if they are from totally different companies .extremely short active period then lock you out and you need to relogin in. 10 seconds only ? Can’t even complete one transactions!!!
It keeps saying session expired
I logged in on another device and completed verification with a OTP sent to my registered phone number. Yet, it keeps saying “SESSION EXPIRED. FOR YOUR SECURITY, WE HAVE LOGGED YOU OUT DUE TO INACTIVITY OR DUE TO LOGIN FROM ANOTHER DEVICE.” That’s what the password and OTP are for, right? Two-factor authentication? So why do I still get logged out all the time? I have changed password using the same device hoping it will recognise I’m changing it on the same NEW device and it will keep me logged in after. It should all be good after completing the TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION anyway. But no! It still says SESSION EXPIRED!!! What else do I have to do to keep me logged in when I change my device??? Why make things so hard for your clients? This is SOOOOOO UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is VERY DISAPPOINTING! VERY UPSETTING!!!

Idiot app
Been trying to log in using my bdo on line credentials and it always says “wrong user name and password “ even when i copy pasted everything. Idiotic as the developers

The system is always under maintenance. Sending money is always unsuccessful. Too many hassle on the services.

After update new version it’s keep saying password incorrect. But am able to login from web browser
Sent Online Payment Twice
Encountered an issue. This maybe a bug in the app. The app sent my bill payment twice. The first one went successfully. The other there is no log for successful payment. BDO already deducted the amount from my account. I contacted BDO customer service 4 days ago via email but no response.
