Bad app, doesn’t work 99.9% of the time
The amount of times this app has given me a heart attack from not showing me my loan information is appalling… I have to use the website to see anything. It never displays any of my info and sometimes won’t even let me log in. I’ve only been able to check my loan status once through the app portal.

It suck’s we can’t use the app now to login to our credit card. The app only works for loans with best egg. It’s unclear when you log in online and makes it seem like the app will also work but it DOES NOT

Great Option for Expensive Purchases
Best Egg is an excellent option when choosing to purchase an expensive item with an online financial source. The process was easy to navigate and the layout of website is well thought out. Would definitely use this financial source again.

On other loan apps you can make principal payments which help you pay your loan off (pay no interest)
For best egg you need to make a second payment same day or next day because of the daily interest

Liens on Property
This is the most ridiculous company I’ve ever dealt with. They put a lien on My home on a 27,000 3 year loan. They said they notified me via Email. Ok do you know how many emails I get a day? If you’re putting a lien on someone’s home how about picking up the phone and letting them know. This world is so Email happy that it sickens me… so if I missed a 800 dollar payment your coming for parts of My home like the kitchen Cabinets or Lighting Fixtures. Just take my toilets why your st it who needs those or maybe my fridge. Beware always read the fine print if you even receive the email.. by the way I’ve never missed a payment and my credit was good so why put a lien. Very Shady Company, stay away from Best Egg…

Best egg is better than a loan shark, but not much better. If you have any other real options, like credit unions, go there first. Best egg won’t fix your problems. At best it will delay them, but most likely, it will make them worse.

lol Your paying 12.99% interest that accrues Dailey and compounds😂😂 plus’s they steal $5k from you off the rip calling it a funding fee out of 50k I got 45k paying $1137 per month paid over 10k yet my balance hasn’t moved?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
