Frustrated

I needed to update some personal info but could not do it from the app. Called the number listened to the phone tree..(press 6 for a human) took less than 1 minute to complete the changes and I was done! Finalllly someone made it easy!

Glad i got my loan through Best EGG i thank you for always saying yes when i need an extension. I have nothing but the best to say about them. I'm able to view my credit report. They have financial guidance. And so much more to make me achieve. THANK YOU FROM THE HEART ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you Best Egg!
I got my first loan from Best Egg in 2023 and I’ll never regret it. Best service and support.
Late Payment
I apologize for my first late payment to your company. Unfortunately, some unexpected life issues happened which caused some money issues. I don ‘t expect this happening again

Interest rates outrageous and not able to pay directly to principal
All
Predatory loans
This company definitely tells you one thing then hit you with interest higher if you don’t read all the small print. Predatory loan market for sure.
Credit card statement
I can't seem to log into my account and find the current charges or what my balance is
Sad, low tech
Can’t get ahold of a person. “All circuits are busy”. Trash
Annoying
Why can’t I pay my credit card from the app? So frustrating!
Excellent Company
Great company to deal with.
Happy with best egg
Best egg came through when I was need. Thanks!
Buy here pay here style
Takes what seems like forever to pay off. This place knows you’re desperate and they charge accordingly. Private equity is ruining this country. But thanks for the loan anyway.
Don’t
Charging me four dollars every month for nothing even after I paid it off sucks
Fails to load any information
Fails to load any information can’t do anything with this “app”
Bad app, doesn’t work 99.9% of the time
The amount of times this app has given me a heart attack from not showing me my loan information is appalling… I have to use the website to see anything. It never displays any of my info and sometimes won’t even let me log in. I’ve only been able to check my loan status once through the app portal.
Credit card login
It suck’s we can’t use the app now to login to our credit card. The app only works for loans with best egg. It’s unclear when you log in online and makes it seem like the app will also work but it DOES NOT
Personal Loan
Fast/ Easy and perfect customer service

Best Egg is one of the greatest loan institutions I’ve ever dealt with. Very efficient!! It “SAVED ME” when I needed a debt consolidation loan. I’m grateful for being there for me in my time of struggle.
