I accidentally downloaded this, got charged $31 (for 3 months) and now I have apparently a subscription at a cost of $37 a MONTH that I cannot cancel! Their website keeps telling me a ‘simple way to cancel’ but none of those options are actually there! I am currently just waiting for my bank to block the transaction so I can get rid of this bloody app! Because apparently deleting my profile WON’T cancel the subscription! Scam!!!

I strongly recommend avoiding this app. I subscribed because it showed a charge of $31, but I was charged $59 instead. When I tried to cancel, they charged me another $28 without my permission.

I was checking on weight loss and this app appear, look all genuine but when I register they offered to add few things which I did add and instantly money was deducted from my account, I forgot to cancel the subscription but I never used the account and recently on months anniversary the money was taken again from my account.
There is not helpline for them and no chat, canceling the subscription is very tricky!!!

Wish I had read all these reviews ahead of time! This company will secretly charge you. No emails, follow ups etc. They do not communicate. If there is a payment issue they continue to charge multiple times. Also, the app itself is poorly ran. Lots of funnels and paid add ons that do not help you. Try any other app/ company! Also, no success with this whatsoever.
