Better Buzz IS better coffee
My mind is blown how delicious Better Buzz coffee is. I ordered the Snickerdoodle latte and the flavor did not disappoint! It’s perfectly sweet with the perfect taste of a snickerdoodle cookie. The atmosphere is inviting and gets you hyped up for the day. The line at the drive through is long but goes pretty fast…..the line itself should tell you how fantastic this place is!

Wafer or not
I ordered the Banana Pudding BDE but it didn’t come with a wafer. 2nd time this has happened at this location. Drive thru is sloooooooow.

I always go to better buzz and they never miss with my orders. I’ve never had a bad experience here at all and the matcha is so good here. I lost my card once and they were still nice enough for me to give me the drinks with no charge, I felt so bad but it made my day.
Chai tea bummer
I went for the first time today to better buzz and my chai tea did not taste like chai tea it tasted like milk tea. Very disappointing:(

My first time at better Buzz, I’m gonna go down the line and drink every coffee to see which one I like the best cause I can’t make up my mind. Great service quick.

This is the second time I tried Better Buzz. There’s good reason for that, I like it better than SB’s.!

Very difficult to edit my order on the app
App is buggy
The app doesn’t allow payment methods to be input and doesn’t build points the way it is supposed to. No response from support/help features. App is buggy.
Menu
You can’t look at the menu unless you’re ordering and if they are closed you can’t schedule ahead so you can’t see the menu unless it’s business hours
This place is great, the app is ok
Everything else about Better Buzz has been great, the food and drinks are consistently good, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
The only area that could use improvement is the app. I had trouble redeeming rewards, and instead of simply scanning a barcode, the staff had to manually enter my reward code or phone number, which feels less efficient than it could be.
I also found the app a bit difficult to navigate. For example, it wasn’t easy to select decaf options, and I couldn’t find an add-on for sweet cream. It feels like the app could benefit from a more thorough usability review before new features are released. Improving the user experience would make ordering much smoother and better match the quality of the in-store experience.

First time
First time here and went through the drive thru. The speaker or the person couldn’t hear me correctly. Had to repeat multiple times and got to the window and the order was still wrong. I downloaded the app for the first time and when I went to scan for past purchase to get my points, I had to go back into the store and ask for the QR code receipt. Not a good first impression.

First experience
I was greeted immediately and handed a free cup, and some stickers which I love I ordered myself a caramel vanilla, hot, cold brew, and a Carnitas breakfast tacos that were to die for. our local JC Fernandez was here in his Bee suit. Super nice guy.

still confused about cream for coffee. if i want to take coffee out for someone not sure how much cream? how carry cream home
