Since puberty mental health has been dragging me to a grave I’m 39 now.
My first month with Better U was the best month of my life. It continues to improve in ways that bring significant quality of life improvements.
The stall if proactive in making sure you’re benefiting the most possible. It’s not let it and forget it. You have legit support and guidance from people who have a wealth of very usual information.
They care more about you, than it seems you have to. Freeing you up for your healing journey. Which they facilitate every step of the way.
4 months ago when I started, I am notably not the same person. It has helped with my PTSD, major depression, anxiety, ADHD. all of those meds did not need a refill last month. All in part to a Better U’s support and treatment.

Life changing
Better U changed my life for the better. My anxiety was no longer something I could manage so I went and found help. They provided first class care every step of my journey.
Ketamine Saved My Life
Ketamine saved my life. I started out taking the infusions in an office. I found this option and it’s much less expensive so I can afford more frequent treatments. The app needs work. The updates are fixing some of the issues with the app. So I’m hoping it will be more usable soon.
Didn't work for me
This treatment didn't do much of anything for me but that doesn't mean it won't help other people. Unfortunately ad with all medications there is no way to know for certain if it will work other than to try it. Unfortunately also this medication is not covered by insurance and trying it means you have to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars before you know if it works and if it doesn't you are SOL like me. Only you can decide if the cost is worth it without a guarantee of success. It might work for you if you are one of the lucky ones. I just wasn't.
