Mindbloom 5 * but this app 1
The tracking info never updates. I never know when my medication is going to show up anymore. It’s also significantly slowed down the process of getting medications which is causing me to mis doses. Also music selection is a bit limited, could add a dozen more songs and significantly improve the experience.

Changing my life
Mindbloom has been a godsend. Their staff is amazing. They are available for me in no time regarding anything. I only wish I had discovered this therapy many years ago. The music (sounds) literally takes you through a journey like you couldn’t imagine. I tell everyone who has any issues regarding anxiety/depression, PTSD and other issues about Mindbloom. I have taken virtually every kind of antidepressant in the past and they not only didn’t help, they hurt. I’m convinced that this therapy is the key to success and healing. Thank you to everyone at Mindbloom especially my Clinician Dr. Roero for your support and excellence. 5 stars!

App is so buggy
This app is so unbearably buggy. I have reported it directly to Mindbloom and yet their latest update breaks it even more. It doesn’t save the intentions for a session, and I’ve wasted time going through the flow 3 times now. You can record voice notes during a session but they are useless because you have to re-write or re-dictate anything you said in order for it to be stored in a journal entry. The audio has paused itself multiple times during my sessions and I’ve had to restart or continue without any audio. For something as time-sensitive as the medication-based therapy sessions that Mindbloom offers, there absolutely needs to be a better standard of quality for their software than I have ever seen it possess.

Nightmare
One of the scariest experiences of my life. Felt dissociated and anxious the entire time. I wasn’t in a state to talk at all, much less to discuss personal issues with a stranger.
Bring on the Healing
Mindbloom didn’t fix me, it helped me realize my brokenness wasn’t permanent.
After losing my husband unexpectedly, I was surviving… but barely. The sessions gave me something I didn’t expect: space. Space to feel it all without drowning in it. Space to breathe again in manageable increments.
It wasn’t always pretty — sometimes it was raw, unfiltered, even a little “what the hell was that?” — but it worked. Not like a magic wand… more like a flashlight in a really dark place.
I’m still me. Just lighter. Stronger. More connected. And somehow able to laugh again — which, honestly, feels like the biggest win.
