Terrible App!
This is the most frustrating app. It does not add points from every vendor, I’m literally missing thousands of pounds worth of points. Additionally, it constantly logs me out and doesn’t allow me to log back in. It doesn’t ever send a reset password email so I’m forever locked out. If you can log into the web portal it’s better and you can see your rewards which don’t show in the app. But I am locked out and there appears to be no help to resolve this either online or in Bicester Village.

Definitely worth to download if you want to collect points and get some rewards
Doesn’t update points accurately
I shopped at Bicester village earlier this year and it hasn’t updated the points from my previous visit. App does not make it easy to contact someone about this and is very glitchy
The app won’t load my points
Very annoying. It won’t load my points and there’s no option in the app to contact them about app related problems.

Keeps crashing
Got a notification about rewards expiring, accessed the app, every time I tap on Membership to see details, the app crashes. No patch updates in sight. Pathetic
Good App but not on iPhone 14 Pro Max
Good App but many functions/options don’t work on iPhone 14 Pro Max. BACK and SAVE functions don’t work on iPhone 14 Pro Max. Have to reboot phone to reset App.

Can’t get past notifications page. Have tried deleting app bc and reloading. Judging by these reviews others having same problem. Time it was fixed.

Only reason I got the app was to register for the Privilege account. And guess what? Can’t register, they’re “unable to process my request at the moment”
Free coffee
Downloaded the app last week and was given a code for a free coffee updated Thursday and the code has disappeared ???
Cannot open app
When downloaded the app the push notification statement shows but I can’t accept as it won’t let me scroll down to the accept button. As a result I cannot use the app.

Downloaded twice but can’t get past the push notifications screen, there is no option to accept the push notifications will have to make do with website instead.

Very useful for finding things in the village and seeing the best offers!!
