Love This Service
Charges $30 hotel fee, but penalizes customers when hotels turn therapists away
When the therapists arrived, hotel security turned them away due to property policies regarding outside vendors. Zero service was provided. Instead of helping us rebook or refunding the fee for a service they couldn't deliver, Bigtoe charged us an 80% cancellation penalty ($239.97).
When contacted, support claimed the $30 hotel fee doesn't guarantee property access and placed 100% of the responsibility on us. Charging specialized venue fees while passing full financial penalties onto customers for their lack of venue screening is deceptive. Would not recommend.

Confirmed booking means nothing here
No one showed up. No notification. No update.
After I reached out, I was given a replacement window from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. I waited again. Same result. At 5:18 PM, after multiple follow-ups, I was told they couldn’t find a therapist and the session was canceled.
At one point they even asked me to change a clearly stated preference, which I declined. After that, communication dropped off completely.
Support later told me the service is “on-demand” and not guaranteed — which directly contradicts the “confirmed” booking they send with a named provider.
So what you’re actually getting is:
• “Confirmed” appointments that aren’t real
• No proactive communication when things fall apart
• Hours of your time wasted waiting
A refund doesn’t fix losing half a day.
If this is how the system works, the app is misleading at best.
Go somewhere else!!!
The second time completely changed my opinion.
I got overcharged $18 and ended up receiving less service than what I booked. That alone is unacceptable.
I specifically booked an add-on, and the therapist assigned to me couldn’t even provide it. That makes no sense. Why is the app allowing therapists to accept bookings for services they don’t offer? The add-on should be prioritized when matching, especially if I’m booking days in advance. Instead, my appointment was confirmed within 1–2 hours with someone who couldn’t fulfill what I paid for. Where is the logic in that?
On top of that, I had no control over the situation. There’s no option to request a different therapist without canceling the entire appointment. That’s a huge problem — especially when you’re letting someone into your home. I should be able to feel comfortable with who I’m booking, not forced to either accept it or cancel everything.
This is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but instead it turned into stress and frustration.
Also, the lack of transparency is frustrating. You can’t even clearly see pricing or invoices unless you go digging through the app or go all the way to checkout. That shouldn’t be the case.
Overall:
First experience = great
Second experience = overcharged, less service, no control, no transparency
That’s not acceptable for a service like this.
The lack of consistency on prices and service is bad, I won’t be using this app again.
