Stupid authorisation from device that doesnt have cancel button
Be aware that you can even lose/uninstall the app from your device. When the app is lost from your device, you wanted to re-login, it tells you to “authorise from previous device”. Stupid, i am using the same device. Which previous device can i authorise it from? I have already log in and cant cancel the transaction which is very unsecure. Now where do i have to go? To the bank again? To authroise the same device that i have always been using just to log in to the app. So So Stupid.

System Updated for payee was not capture real time
Even make payment the duedate was not change to update to current in real time so even u make payment ontime screen caprure still old deadline. Please do something with ur history record to see in full rather then month. Why using duitnow still not capture real time looks like IBG transaction. The interest was another things highest dont choose here islamic cause u more. when you see the statement like its was not moving suppose the outstanding was appear in fround screen so payee easier wanna make full settlement or arrange sonething.

Balance Doesn’t Refresh Automatically & Notification Delay Needs Improvement
Im giving 3 star because :
1. Every time money comes in, I have to close the app and log in again to check my balance. (I already know how much I had before, so I can tell when it changes.)
2. The notifications are slow — usually delayed by 2–3 minutes after the money is received. It would be much better if the notification was instant, within 1–10 seconds.
Please improve these issues for a smoother user experience

Convenient and makes managing my accounts and payments quick and easy.
Makes things worse
I dont know why you have to log in a thousand times. I’ve enabled face ID but it still does the verification step 10 times. I press the icon to see my balance, it verifies to log me in but I still cant see the balance. I press it again and it verifies me again, and if I’m lucky I will see it but more often it verifies another 7 times before I can see the balance. Then when I press my account to see the transactions, the whole thing happens again.

unannounced maintenance
i’m trying to make an important transaction at night around 8pm. but the transaction failed as the app is down. it states that there is a system update but only after i tried logging in. there states a sentence in red and small font right under the password bar. i tried looking up online, wondering if my phone is the problem but that was not the case. then i looked up online for any scheduled maintenance, there’s none as for that day as well. i’m disappointed as how bimb issues their maintenance. there should be a page of stating there is an ongoing maintenance as soon as a user login and also estimated time of when the app will run again. this really is a huge inconvenience especially for someone like me that rely on one bank only or often make transaction at night. i do hope bimb could take this issue at hand.

Qr problem
Its been days since the last day I can use my qr in this app, also the features not really friendly to me compared to before because to me its like more complicated especially for duitnow transaction. I need to search for it to do transfer instead of a click away. Please do something about it!
Payment online not through
Frequent time I made payment via bimb apps not through. Recent transaction was for online groceries shopping which i waited for my items to arrived but unfortunately when i check again the transaction was not successful then do it again yet still unsuccessful. Pls fix the issue.

This new bimb only offer bright interface, can developer make a dark mode interface as an option for those who has eye sight with bright color

After bank islam change from bank islam biz to bimb mobile,the app was amazing,got no problem anymore,easy to access all the services
Account Amount display
my updated bank islam app does not show true account balance. I was shocked for a moment. But then I open Account details, my balance amount is different there which is true. But at home page, it show less amount 😭
Inactive program timeout
Please revised back the program timeout whenever the apps inactive/idle, user is still login in the apps, even after the phone is locked and later unlock, apps is still active and login.
For example maybank2u, user will be forced logout during inactive session.

Why ehh when i am at the crucial moment and this axx app really testing my patience and even taking long time to process the transaction. Pls i want to pay smoothly and dont keep make me waiting. No Refresh Option for Account Balance
I need to close and reopen the app just to see my current balance. There’s no feature to refresh the account amount, which is a bit annoying. Every time someone transfers money to me, I have to check it by closing and reopening the app. Why not just add a refresh feature?
Transfer problem
It's been days now, I don't know if I'm the only one having this problem, being unable to make a transfer. It says "Debiting List is empty (TRX_V1041)" , under the account number column after I put the account number, and I can't continue.
Please, this is just a simple yet crucial function that users do everyday. If you can't make it right then I don't know what to say. I thought the new app is going to be good, but no.
