Apps sucks butt , it’s always loading pages and then once it’s done loading the amounts are never updated right , even after I get notifications saying it’s been updated. You guys get too much money for these things not to work properly
APP is unstable.
App is easy to navigate but is extremely unstable and unreliable. Constantly having problems signing in to account, making or rescheduling appointments.
Why update. It doesn’t work.
Crashes constantly. Absolutely zero support. They send you to a BS website that you’re supposed to put your info into and hope that they actually get around to or back to your problem.

Log in can be annoying but that’s the world we live in.

Works fine for me when I am scheduling an appointment. But the loyalty program has never registered my visits correctly. I have been donating for a while now and never received any points.

i can’t even begin to describe how i feel after wasting time that i will never get back from having to navigate this cesspool of an app. the most painful garbage i have ever had to experience since getting hospitalized for appendicitis. i cannot log in, because it says my creds are incorrect. i cannot make a new account, because my email has already been used. I CANNOT RESET MY PASSWORD, because my email DOES NOT EXIST IN THEIR SYSTEM. and the only verification email i got sent does NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! because it has somehow EXPIRED IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING SENT. i’ve seen so many ridiculous app verification systems and wild goose chases but this app is such utter garbage that it takes the cake. and for anybody rating this app in a positive light you genuinely gotta be bots. whoever made this app you better hope we never meet. and that’s me putting it as light as i can without my review getting removed a second time. Terrible compensation.
I was there for a whole hour because the worker didn’t know what he was doing and set the machine on the lowest mode. I ask to go ahead and leave and still be half paid they said no and counter offered me 10$ plus snacks and water.
Unable to schedule in the app
For months now I have had to leave the app, go to their website, and schedule my donations because their apps main purpose of letting you schedule doesn’t work because every time I attempt to schedule it greys out the button for “confirm details” and no matter what I do or press it still has it greyed out and unavailable for me to interact. My only saving grace is the website, which is buggier than the app, and requires a code each time I need to log in which is a pain and a chore for something that used to work so smoothly on the app alone. This has been going on since February or March and update after update has not fixed the issue yet and each update I still wait.

Rewards redemption is not working
Since the last update I can no longer redeem my rewards points.
Slow and glitchy
Getting your money takes forever. Then refreshing it doesn’t work got to wait hrs to see ur balance after using the card. Card doesn’t work in half the atms either. Also you use the money on there it puts your card in the hole so got to keep at minimum 5$ on there or the card company puts you in the -

The app never works! Always have to call support and they never help either. The website doesn’t work either so that’s no better.
App is horrible
I’m stuck as a new returning donor when trying to schedule appointments so I can only schedule one appointment at a time and cannot schedule my second ahead of time to lock it in place. Does not show my balance and says my card has not been registered even though it has and there is no customer service options to help get this issue resolved and calling the clinic does nothing because they do not take phone calls anymore. Why did it take away face recognition? And why now do I have to log in EVERY TIME I open the app? It is such a hassle to use now. This app has gone backwards in regards to updates.
Low ballers
They pay $40 per visit. Expect to be there of atleast 3 hours. They don’t have a customer service number or email
Says I have an account but says credentials are incorrect when I put them in correctly
Literally created an account, tried to log in and was told my credentials were incorrect when they most certainly were not and then tried going back to create an account again and it says those credentials were already in use. This is ridiculous
Log in trouble
I’m an active donor. I’ve been unable to log in for two weeks. I Receive the verification code, but after entering it I get “Donor does not exist in the system.”
I’ve Reset my password and reinstalled the app.
Same issue on both the app and website.
Customer service, my donation center, and online support have not resolved the issue.
I can still donate and schedule appointments by phone.
Please have technical support investigate this issue.

Horrible app
Created account, it will not accept my password or email— idk— it will let me change the password and o do get the emails to reset, it allows me to reset, but will not allow me to log in , just a waist of time
Annoying
It works but really annoying that they have to e-mail a code before you can access the app.
No longer worth the wait
What started out as a great way to make a difference in someone else’s life while also earning myself some extra play money before or after work shifts has slowly become a complete waste of my time. From waiting anywhere between 2-3 hours after your scheduled donation time to actually donate, to the stipend dropping from an average of $130-140/ wk for two donations to a meager $90/ wk for two donations, $40 if you only make one.
To “compensate”, they are now trying to entice donors with hopes and dreams of “winning $500” or a “trip to Cancun”… I don’t play the lottery and I don’t give two cares about visiting Cancun… just pay me something reasonable for my time or actually get to your donors in a reasonable manner and respect my time.

Lowering the payout
You to get $120 every week when donate since last year they have been lowering it every couple months
