I have never left a review ever but for bistro i will. I love this app so much. 😭 Nothing that I ordered has ever disappointed me. Every time I try something new i’ll keep ordering that till 4-5 days then try something new and get hooked to that. Ah and your CHAI. The CONSISTENCY with never going wrong with the chai, not ONCE. You guys are the best. I have never been or expected to find myself being a fan of an “app” not even blinkit but you’ve earned an organic fan girlie who markets your app like its her own. Haven’t faced a single issue, whatsoever. You guys 🧿🤞

Utter Scam

I have ordered 4 dishes and the address mentioned was right, but the delivery partner didn’t come to our location and he has cancelled the order just like that without my concern. Also, this can’t be left just like that and again they blamed it that that the address was wrong and it leads to food wastage and can’t be refunded, but it is a complete loss for me, and I need a refund for this or at least a food to be given to the same location, also, I just want to let you know. It’s like a complete loss for me. I at least want the amount in my balance right now. Thanks and hope you take action for this.

Expired food

Dear Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Maggi order I recently received.

When I placed my first order, the packaging was in very poor condition, and the delivery was significantly delayed. Upon opening the product, I noticed a very unpleasant odor coming from the Maggi, which made it seem unsafe for consumption. I immediately raised a complaint and placed a replacement order.

Unfortunately, the replacement order had the same issue. The Maggi again emitted a foul smell, giving the impression that the product was expired or no longer fit for consumption. Due to concerns about food safety and health risks, I did not consume the product.

Despite reporting the issue multiple times, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution, nor was a refund provided. I am disappointed with the handling of this matter, especially considering the potential health risks associated with supplying food products that appear to be spoiled.

I request that this issue be investigated and that an appropriate resolution, including a refund, be provided at the earliest.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt.
