They only have email help services. I ordered through app twice now they have not brought what I was suppose to get and I can not get any help on phone I have to go to store to get assistance this time no drinks came at all. No call no refund. If they don’t have drinks or aren’t going to deliver atleast don’t take my money.

If you want delivery to take twice as long as doordash while still technically using doordash then this app is great. While everything is straightforward and simple to use and the GUI is decent, it fails in getting my drinks to me in a timely manner. What would take 30 minutes on DoorDash consistently takes over an hour and results in a watered down drink and cold food.

Had an order called in at 721 came to pick it up. It was 741 and still didn’t have it ready.
Was the app built by a kid?
Why do I need to put my name, email and phone number every single time I order something? I'm usually driving while I need a coffee fix. Pull the data from apple pay(they expose this info to the vendor) have favorites listed or recent orders as a one click option. I'm all for hiring from within but is a barista building apps on her free time?

Pickups
I usually never write any reviews but this has been a pretty consistent thing happening. I work 4 days out of the week and love ordering Black Rock before work, however during the week at least 2 of those days consist of me ordering for pickup and arriving 20 mins after I placed an order and nothing is even made yet. I understand that orders for pickup and choosing the pickup time as “asap” won’t always be ready within 5 mins but 20 mins and there’s nothing made is kinda frustrating to walk into. It’s the only store that’s close to where I live and I keep hoping things get better but the lack of urgency and awareness having to look up at the screen and looked “shock” like that order wasn’t there 20 mins ago is getting old.

Need to Fix Delivery
I was super excited to use delivery on the app instead of DoorDash so I could still take advantage of the points program. However, there is absolutely no way to track your delivery nor give any directions for it. Don't offer a service unless you know how to provide the basics. Tracking and instructions are BASIC requirements.

Poorly Managed
The app will allow you to purchase and schedule an order even if the store itself is unexpectedly closed during business hours. To top it off, blackrock does not have a phone number to call when the app lets this happen. Other coffee franchises have protections against these avoidable issues.
Don’t use delivery
There is no way to track your order nor are you able to speak to a human. Placed one order that never arrived and will never order again.

their fuels are my favorite thing on earth!! If you haven’t tried yet please do!! I know all my local location’s workers and they always have top tier service. The frozen pasionfruit, guava and peach fuel is unmatched and their rewards program is great!! Love it in my hometown but now need one in Fayetteville Arkansas!!!💝

I am a pick b when it comes to my coffee. This prices are reasonable I want a bold taste not bitter and this place has it. The customer service at Talley road is amazing. There's no pressure but the connection they make is nice 🫶
Issues With Delivery
I frequently have issues with ordering delivery through the app. I’m not able to put instructions so DoorDash automatically chooses to have it be delivered to the person which doesn’t work for me. I can’t reach out to the person handling my order directly I have to wait for them to message or call me in order to talk to my delivery driver and I’ve had multiple occasions where the driver will deliver it to the wrong address or just fully steal it. I’ve only had issues with this app not with DoorDash or when ordering delivery anywhere else.
