Amazing
Honestly, in my opinion, I think they’re better than the Starbucks when it comes to their taste and pricewise. They’re about a dollar and a half cheaper which I think does make a difference. All the staff is always friendly. And I absolutely love coming here and I like that. I can order way way in advance.

Randomly stopped texting delivery updates
Not sure if I need to update or something (I don’t have the option) but the app stopped sending me any kind of text update when I order delivery so now I just have to keep checking the app to wait and see if it says delivered and that’s inconvenient as hell
Location does not work
I input my zip code and it gave me a location that was 13 mins away from the zip code I was in. I had a black rock barely 5 mins away from where I was but since I trusted the app when I finalized the order my drink was water down and was not what I expect because I trusted your guys app to pick the closes location when it was in fact out of the way.

Online order never on time
Every time I order online it is never done by the promised time. I’d give 5 stars if it was. When I order and leave to pick up on my way to work and it gives a time to be done, I expect it to be done at the promised time to plan my drive.
Strength down
I get the exact same shaken espresso every time with an extra shot and it now seems watered down and definitely not as strong as it used to be. I go to the same location every day. And unfortunately probably won’t go anymore

I like Black Rock. Convenient locations. Lots of flavor options. My favorite is sugar free Hazelnut. Reward points called Bolts have to be collected through the app, so be aware of that. Service is friendly. Good coffee no complaints

Won’t send me the code to make an account so I can’t use all the rewards I’ve been acquiring with my phone number
Wrong location
Clicked the store multiple times hit pickup Asap and at the end the app still sent the order to the wrong store I was afraid that this would happen and I triple checked, they need some option of making the store a default when ordering so that the system locks the store you are currently ordering from

HATE the App, love the Coffee
I LOVE Black Rock coffee! I might be addicted. However, I HATE the app. It’s unnecessarily tedious. There are at least 12 steps to place an order for one item only!! It’s so irritating, and so slow! The app itself is slow, not just because the amount of steps:

The best coffee
Don’t waste your time ordering on the app
Placed the order at 10:34, said the order would be ready by 10:45 got at the store at 10:46 and by 10:57 they were just starting to make the order. If we would’ve just came in or went through the drive-through, we would’ve had our food faster. Annnnnd the food was cold once we got it… Loved eating a $8 cold and hard bagel that sat out for 30 minutes. Thanks

Normally good this time was horrible
I normally have a great time at black rock, great service and kind workers. This time was different. I put in my order online to my location and get there at my pickup time. When I asked for my order 2 minutes past my time they said sorry I picked up orders wrong and so yours will be a few more minutes. After wait for 15 minutes they said sorry your next. Over 7 people had walked in and got their orders before mine by this point. After 20 whole minutes of waiting my mother had to come in and say that we had to leave and to just forget my order because after over 20 minutes they still didn’t have my order and we had places to be. The workers were completely disregarding an order I put in ahead of time because what I believe because I was a minor. Never got my drink and was over all a horrible experience when you get ignored for over 20 minutes resulting in having to leave.

Black robins always so welcoming and their employees are always so helpful, the grilled cheese and the blue lagoon are the best, they are for sure better than starbucks and they are my favorite definitely recommend.
No help
They only have email help services. I ordered through app twice now they have not brought what I was suppose to get and I can not get any help on phone I have to go to store to get assistance this time no drinks came at all. No call no refund. If they don’t have drinks or aren’t going to deliver atleast don’t take my money.
