Horrible. Wasted so much time two problems number one every blink station. I tried it wouldn't work wouldn't charge. I have the right connector. That's not the problem number two you even list charging stations that are in places like a car dealership that aren't available to people who aren't working at the car dealership. It's really inconsiderate when people are rushing to get to a charger before they run out of charge only to discover that it's not there or it's not available to anyone else.

Why no Apple wallet
Why the heck are you not able to add the blink card to your Apple wallet? This will be a 1 star until this most basic feature is added. Why should I have to carry an RFID card around?
Almost never works
My apartment has chargers that use this app. Over two years, I can count the number of times this app has worked on the first try on one hand. Literally the least functional technology I’ve ever used in my life.

Waste of time
Everything went wrong with trying to set up an account while at a charger. It was like their technology was created 15 years ago and then abandoned. Never got it to work; the only thing that seemed to work was providing my credit card information. So suspicious.

I was charged about $7.50 (with fees) and the charging station only gave me about 15 miles worth of charge. This is double the price of what I would pay for gas in my car. Do not use Blink. Stick to Charge Point!

Can’t generate a blink card
Not logical that you can’t digitally create a blink charging card. My stations only accept RFID. I have requested mailed cards so many times and have never gotten one?

Very unreliable but it could be our connection. Please require specs to follow so we don’t make you look bad.

Standing next to a blink charger that doesn’t exist on the map, serial number lookup fail too

Terrible
Downloaded the app to use a charger in Boston. The chargers weren’t marked, so had to select a random charger on the app and of course, it was the wrong one and didn’t charge my car for 5+ hours. It shouldn’t be that hard, mark your chargers so they match the app. If I ever use this app again, it will be against my will. Avoid if you can.
