Inaccurate information

It lists private chargers as public. It also charges a different price that what is posted for the charger

Mostly good

The app is good but has a couple annoying bugs. It always notifies me that charging has stopped after a just started charging. A charging started notification might come before or after. Also it’s confused sometimes about whether the charger is plugged in. Other than than seems good. It would be nice if it didn’t bury private chargers behind a few buttons.

Impossible to set up a new account!

I usually use a different brand of charger and this one is so complicated to figure out!

Fast speed - need to identify units better

Add 100 miles of range in under 10 minutes, great speed. The only downside is pulling up to eight different stations and not sure which unit was which.

“Our payment system changed”

Frustrated for 15 minutes at the parking garage trying to get the app to work. Added and deleted my CC only to find a $0 balance. Called customer service and the rep says that it’s “pay as you go.” Why not make that clear. Also the QR code at the station results in an error. ChargePoint is 💯 better!!

Keep saying “hiccup”

The app keep failing to charge and disconnect my car. Also does not show any availability open

Always down

How can this app always be down? The customer service doesn’t resolve anything for you.

Charging

The card worked bc perfectly however my cost went up? I charge at this location all time and it’s never been higher then $3.71
Yesterday over $5.00
I need more locations
I’ve been using charge point and they are opening several hubs directly across the street from this location FYI

Can’t top up charge balance

Have had issues trying to charge due to payment and not being able to reload via the app is very frustrating and foolish.

Broken

Will not accept credit card info. Tried two different cards, kept erroring out. Now says I have reached the limit of times to add payment, and have to wait 24 hours. Worthless piece of junk app.

Pricing

Expensive

Lacking Maintenance

Seems like almost every non Tesla Charger I use has one or more stalls out of service, or an error with the payment device, etc. only 2 stall work at this location and 1 stall is completely missing a charger.

Stopped charging

It just stops charging and left me with only a percentage left. And failed to notify me.

Thank You ❣️

Efficient…LiFe Saver!!!

Glitching chargers

The app keeps disconnecting! Being a session fee every time makes just plugging in a scam!

Trash Charger

Not a fast charger and it charges you $8 just to hookup. SMH

Don’t tell you they charge you after the charge is finished

The charging worked fine. But they charged us $12 to leave the car parked there from midnight to 8 am. Like we arrived at a hotel at like 8 pm, plugged our PHEV in, then we went to bed at 11 pm, and then once our vehicle was finished charging at midnight they started charging $1.50/hr to leave it plugged in, even though our vehicle was the only EV in the entire parking lot and the entire time another charging port was sitting there empty. They could easily make you agree with a pop up before you start charging that it is $1.50/hr after the charging is done. But no, it is hidden in the fine print so that they can exploit you. Or else this is just an innocent accidental oversight on their part that just so accidentally causes a 200% increase in the price of a charge. 12 am to 8 am cost us $12 just sitting there, with the full charge from 8 pm to 12 am costing about $5.50.

Interface

It is impossible to save stations that don’t appear in the map

MLop

This app is so unreliable I’ve NEVER successfully been able to use it to charge at any of their stations. They don’t have many of their own charging stations listed on their own map. This app has left me stranded at various places all over the country. I wish I could give them less than one star.

Not easy

I don’t understand why you can’t just double click your phone and pay for something. I have the app when I take a picture of the QR code. It goes to the app screen. And says open. Then open it and it says scan the QR code then you scan the QR code and it goes back to the same thing. Also, I live in Arizona. Have you ever tried to use one of your machine machines when it’s 115 outside and you can’t see the screen?
