Charge too

This charger is a slow charger

Disappointed

Charging very slow. Stopped during charge. Had to call service number who reconnected with little explanation of problem at charging station. Previous attempt to charge at Burton Barr library impossible. All screen’s unreadable and station not maintained

Changing app experience

Very difficult to use this app took me two nights in order on being able to charge my car

Not good

Doesn’t work, no autofill

Difficult to use did not work or charge

Difficult to use and did not charge my car

Always telling me the my vehicle has stopped charging

Every time I charge with blink, about 20 or so minutes later I get a notification saying my vehicle has finished charging and I need to move my vehicle or fees will apply. This happens with both my vehicles so it’s not my end. I go to my vehicles app and it says it’s still charging and this app still says I’m charging. I have deleted and re-dl the app but it still happens. It’s annoying because there are times I don’t believe it but my vehicle did finish charging and I get charged the fees.

Charger screen facing South in the sun is hard to read

Charger here works well but screen facing south on sunny days is almost impossible to read

bad experience

super hard to use

Why so many logins

So much time to just pay for service! This is insanely painful

Worthless Junk

Ever notice how this app is #51’st place?

It’s because their pumps are junk. The dealerships don’t fix them and navigation apps to find electricity for one’s EV car they don’t show their blips on the map!

Drive on!!

Deceiving

Station says it’s free, then starts charging you when you step away.

Ok WHEN they work

Of the 8 chargers at my office, at least 2 are consistently out of service. They have been out for more than 8 months & no repair. I’m not sure they maintain the chargers at all. They suck!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I was charged more than double what I would have paid using a fast charger, even though this was a very slow Level 2 charger that only charged my car about 40% in 8 hours.

To make things worse, I had already paid for parking for the entire day, yet Blink charged me an additional $52 in “occupancy fees” just because my car remained plugged in overnight.

When I contacted customer support, they simply said the location decides the pricing. That’s not a reasonable excuse. If Blink allows hosts to set excessive occupancy fees without clear warnings or safeguards, customers are the ones who end up paying the price.

Charging over $50 in occupancy fees for a slow overnight charger—on top of paid parking—is completely unreasonable. This pricing model feels misleading and unfair. I won’t be using Blink again unless they implement better protections against these kinds of charges.

Ok for Tesla

From 23% to 98% took over 5 hours and cost over thirty five dollars. Eek!

Experience left me frustrated

Expensive. QR Code didn’t work. Apple Pay didn’t work. Credit card didn’t work. Finally got it to start charging by finding the station manually on the app map. The cables lying piled on the ground are unsightly.

Inaccurate information

It lists private chargers as public. It also charges a different price that what is posted for the charger

Mostly good

The app is good but has a couple annoying bugs. It always notifies me that charging has stopped after a just started charging. A charging started notification might come before or after. Also it’s confused sometimes about whether the charger is plugged in. Other than than seems good. It would be nice if it didn’t bury private chargers behind a few buttons.

Impossible to set up a new account!

I usually use a different brand of charger and this one is so complicated to figure out!

Fast speed - need to identify units better

Add 100 miles of range in under 10 minutes, great speed. The only downside is pulling up to eight different stations and not sure which unit was which.

“Our payment system changed”

Frustrated for 15 minutes at the parking garage trying to get the app to work. Added and deleted my CC only to find a $0 balance. Called customer service and the rep says that it’s “pay as you go.” Why not make that clear. Also the QR code at the station results in an error. ChargePoint is 💯 better!!
