My password was leaked to the dark web
Avoid at all costs. These guys servers are either compromised or they are a password phishing operation themselves. As soon as I created an account with them, my login and password were leaked to the dark web.
Terrible
Got charged for a pass then they it gave me an error message and no reservation was found in my account. Tried to get a hole of customer support and no one got back to me.
Horrible
Unbelievably glitchy, tons of error messages, incomplete purchases requiring multiple attempts. Constantly needed to reload the app. Terrible experience. Wouldn’t use it if there was another option for parking at wingaersheek beach

AWFUL USER EXPERIENCE
This is an awful app! I purchased a beach parking pass 6 days ago online (not via the app). Preparing for the trip tomorrow, I downloaded the app to have easy access to the pass. When I viewed the pass, it appeared that there was a 13 hour timer running. Underneath the timer, there was a button that said “Stop.” Since our pass was purchased for my birthday tomorrow, I pressed the stop button. It immediately cancelled my pass and issued a balance in my account for the cost of the pass. What in the actual F is going on?! Passes are now sold out the day before and my pass was cancelled. I had been looking forward to going to my favorite beach with my family for my birthday. This is absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible. Do NOT download this app!!!!

Difficulties using app.
App is slow to load and somewhat difficult to navigate. It is also difficult to add a payment method since my credit card was repeatedly rejected. The same card is accepted everywhere else.

Terrible service
I have been experiencing the WORST customer service with this app. I suppose I shouldn’t even say that because I haven’t heard back from anyone in 24 hours. I have used the only TWO ways of reaching someone for support & neither avenues have gotten back to me. I paid $43 for a parking permit on a day I DID NOT SELECT. Not even close. I contacted them within 10 minutes of realizing the mistake, & Instead of someone getting back to me even on the same day, I’m still sitting here waiting. I unfortunately will have to spend another $43 to pay for the correct day, so long as I don’t have ANOTHER system error, before the parking is full. Terrible app. Cities, I highly DO not recommend.

Doesn’t work half the time
Can’t get anything to work on the website or app system server issue or contact support. Which doesn’t help when you are trying to head somewhere and pay to park. ESP. When this is the only way to pay to attend the place you are planning to go

Terrible flow and design
“Looking for cities” after selecting a country takes forever and fails. Really? It’s 2026, small databases are a solved problem, just download a local copy of the cities by region after selecting the country. And the login fails also. Made me lose a lot of critical time during a quick rest stop on a trip. Luckily the payment can be made through the web interface without downloading the app.

The app is difficult to use, and the location is inaccurate as well.
Very disappointing experience. The app is confusing and made me pay for the wrong parking zone. I contacted customer support immediately, but they refused to help or offer any solution. Poor customer service and a frustrating user experience. I would not recommend this app.
Bad App - frustrating and useless
Very clunky formatting and unclear what was going on with payment. I put in all my info and my card was declined several times. I tried another card and it went through but then I got no confirmation in my email and there was nothing in my purchase history in the app. Overall a very frustrating experience.

They had a data leak and didn’t tell me
Why they have to load all of the cities in Canada for one city I don’t know. Not the easiest app to use that’s for sure. But there is no other option, right. Perhaps my biggest problem is that they had a data leak of the dig in credentials and didn’t let me know. If I didn’t need my account with them, I would delete it.
