Rates are confusing and misleading
Terrible flow and design
“Looking for cities” after selecting a country takes forever and fails. Really? It’s 2026, small databases are a solved problem, just download a local copy of the cities by region after selecting the country. And the login fails also. Made me lose a lot of critical time during a quick rest stop on a trip. Luckily the payment can be made through the web interface without downloading the app.

The app is difficult to use, and the location is inaccurate as well.
Very disappointing experience. The app is confusing and made me pay for the wrong parking zone. I contacted customer support immediately, but they refused to help or offer any solution. Poor customer service and a frustrating user experience. I would not recommend this app.
Bad App - frustrating and useless
Very clunky formatting and unclear what was going on with payment. I put in all my info and my card was declined several times. I tried another card and it went through but then I got no confirmation in my email and there was nothing in my purchase history in the app. Overall a very frustrating experience.

They had a data leak and didn’t tell me
Why they have to load all of the cities in Canada for one city I don’t know. Not the easiest app to use that’s for sure. But there is no other option, right. Perhaps my biggest problem is that they had a data leak of the dig in credentials and didn’t let me know. If I didn’t need my account with them, I would delete it.

Impossible to reach support
Tried sending an email and message to support through the app and no response
Why download maps for all cities?
App attempts to download maps for multiple cities when first installed. Time consuming and unnecessary.

They gave us to get every day like they have nothing else to do in Oshawa city ontario

terrible customer Support
Absolutely atrocious customer support. The only option is a messaging system, and they do not respond promptly in the slightest.
Can’t login to app
I try to login they say it’s the wrong password, go to forgot password and app says there’s an error and crashes
Can’t create account
Tried to create an account selected United Kingdom came up with a page saying terms and conditions but the continue button didn’t work
WORST PARKING APP
Do not download this app, hands down the work parking app I’ve ever used. No support. Download Spot hero Instead

I got a google warning they lost my login info, Blinkay did not reach out to me about their security breach.
