Would be great if there was an option to track the orders.

Allow Cash deposit into the wallet.

Am good with almost all things at your end. Need a way at your end to let us customers load physical cash into the wallet (not just online payment transfers). I find myself buying your gift cards via cash to load my wallet, which is such a waste of material (given I pick 15 cards at a time, every time!)

A decade of joy

I have been using Blue Tokai coffee since 2016. The company and brand have grown significantly over this period but the two things that have remained the same is their passion to make really good coffee and extreme customer centricity. Best tasting coffee in Bangalore

All is good at BT but please designate a proper smoking area for your partons. When ever i come from Dubai BT is my place for coffee but this time around your staff have been really rude and asked me to not smoke as this is a non smokers cafe you lost me for a week. Please dont treat us as untouchable there are more dangerous this in Bangalore like pot hole dust and what not sonplease

Great quality

Blue Tokai has the most consistent roasting I’ve seen in any brand . The standardization is not easy and they seem to have put a lot of effort into that . Keep it up !

Food and services are really good. Coffee is great. But the frequent increase in price is not appreciated. Especially for us loyal customers who find refuse in the outlets.

The best coffee place in India

Blue tokai has been a favourite for a long time, and off late I crave a perfect cup brewed by their baristas at Select City Walk cafe in Delhi (shout out to Ruksar, Salman, and team). Consistent quality, good ambience and friendly baristas. My day starts with Blue Tokai and it’s perfect everyday!

Subscription on the app

Team. You have everything right except a long pending issue of having to necessarily go to the website to place subscription orders. It doesn’t seem to get added in any app update. Please do it to make life simpler

I have been a long time customer of Blue Tokai, and have been using this app a lot recently. I specially really like the new “Your Favourites” section in the new menu layout, makes it a breeze to order get daily dose of Spanish latte.

App lags

Good app but doesn’t perform as well as it looks. Took me 5 attempts to checkout with my coffee order because it wouldn’t add to the cart. The interface is good but the user experience needs to improve

Fine app but some design issues

It is a smooth app with good interface but has got some major flaws such as one does not get an option to purchase a bigger pack than 250gm. It is available on website and stores. I hope it is just a design flaw and not a choice.

At our cafés, we only offer 250 g packs, which is why you see just that option when ordering through the café section of the app. Larger pack sizes are available in the Shop section of the app (just like on our website), since those orders are shipped directly from our roastery. App does not work

Extremely lagging and slow app. Frequently keeps popping a message saying something went wrong. Unable to reach the kart after adding the order.
