Waste App
The app keeps loading and doesn’t open, pops a message in Hindi, Net is slow, try later. Tried WiFi and data both same message. Total waste
Development Efforts
Very well polished app. Seems like developers put all their efforts to make it a success.
Suggestion: New Features should be added if this is a New app. Please note my suggestions.
1.) Aadhaar E-Kyc based address update facility should be there in app . Only If Aadhaar is already linked with bank account .
2.) The KYC update option should be enabled for all customers, not only for those , whose KYC is due .
3.) If Aadhaar is linked with bank account , there should be an option to Seed Aadhaar with account for receiving DBT also known as NPCI mapping for receiving government funds .
4.) Option to Change mobile number through Aadhaar registered mobile number ) Ekyc)and other authentication like Debit card PIN , email OTP, Branch Visit etc.

Can't login
can't login in app.it always says server error can't connect to internet while i m using internet fine

Logging problems
I am unable to log in to the app even though my internet connection is working properly. The app keeps showing “No Internet Connection.” I also tried logging in with OTP, but the OTP is not being accepted. I have tried multiple times, but the issue is still not resolved. Please fix this login and OTP issue as soon as possible.
