Below Average App
This is one of the weakest fast food restaurant apps. Half of their restaurants do not participate with it and there are no rewards. Pitiful.

Why are they never any offers with this app? All the other apps like Popeyes,sonic, McDonald’s all have offers or some type of deals, so yall really need to do better with that. Ijs
The app charges you more than going to the restaurant in person
This app is terrible, you are charged a “convenience fee” just for using it, I have not found another fast food app that does the. Bojangles should reward your ordering early, not punish you with a fee.

Never can bojangles get your order right when ordering off the app. Also when you go size your combo they can only see the side size not the drink size. No rewards program you’re better off ordering at the window.
Promo is a pain
Why should it be so user unfriendly to use an offer. I wont just add the item. Forces you to input a promo code by hand and the code is micro print. You cannot copy and paste it either. Thats irritating enough to make me delete the app.
Offers never popping up
Everytime I go to my bojangles, there is NEVER any offers on the app so I have to buy everything as it is and I get no deals in the end.
App sucks
Why can’t I just browse your menu before I head out to the local store? I have to put in my location and when it finds one near me, I can’t select that store and move on to the menu.
No good
What a rip off to charge ppl to use the app shame on you. I will never order on the junk app never again and have stopped going to this food joint. And plus you have got rats running inside the store where you fix the food. How nasty can that be. I have taken my business somewhere else.

You get NO credit for in house orders
Order at the counter and eat inside and you get no credit for your purchases. We eat here at least once a week, spending $20. So, we don’t quality for any Special Offers. 😩😩😩. Food is GREAT!!! App needs work.
Can’t browse menu
Can’t browse menu without choosing location. Location finder in app is turning up nothing.
Not user friendly
When you open the app, you’re immediately prompted to enter in all your information. You’re not given an option to opt out of messages which is not customary but not a crazy inconvenience. My most major issue is that there is no warning that you’re not able to order food before lunch, so if you go to place an order, the app will let you continue with your order until you go to checkout. So you have to go back, undo everything, and reenter your card. While this isn’t a crazy issue, this makes the app difficult to navigate. Apps like Chick-fil-A display a message that you cannot place an order before lunch BEFORE you go to place your food order. When you design an app it’s supposed to be for convince, however, this was all BUT convenient.

Location services would be nice
The whole point in having an app is to provide an actual means by which a customer can SEE your menu and order! In the time that I’ve had the Bojangles app, it does not find any Bojangles in my area, and there are 2 within driving distance of my house, THAT I KNOW FOR A FACT ARE OPEN! Either this is a company problem or it’s a franchisee problem and it shows a mass amount of laziness on both parts to address the issue! If you want to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated, otherwise, don’t expect my business if I can’t see what’s on your menu before I get to the store.

The app SUCKS
Sent my order to the wrong restaurant even after I changed the location. There’s never any good offers like Chick-fil-A has and now I’m standing in a Bojangles with no one helping me while my order is 30 minutes away. Then the other store hung up on me!!! Ridiculous!!!
App doesn’t work
I’ve tried to order from the app multiple times, but I keep getting the same error message that my card doesn’t work at my location. I know I’ve got money, and I’ve tried using different cards. I have to give this 1 star simply to rate the app. I’d rather give it a 0, but that isn’t an option. Hopefully they’ll fix the issue

What’s the point
Never any offers. You have to order and prepay in the app but don’t get points. You have to go inside to pick it up
App price issues
When you choose a family meal, it charges you +$27.99 extra when you choose regular on the mix of chicken, making the normal 8 pc family meal over $51 dollars! App is worthless to us.

Awful all. Coupon codes never work. Very glitchy.
You guys have a big in your system.
“All day breakfast” isn’t ALL day. According to the app you cannot get all day breakfast until after 10:30am. You can order combo meals for breakfast before then but not à la carte sandwiches. Makes no sense. 1 star rating due to this issue and not being able to even use the app for my order.
